"Don't be fooled by the low rating! I'm pretty sure management has changed within the last year so it's safe to say that you can ignore all the one star reviews that are older than that. I've had a fantastic experience so far! The layout of the apartment is unique, but cozy and it feels bigger than it actually is. I noticed a couple issues when I first moved in but maintenance had them fixed within 48 hours. The management staff has been fantastic. Every employee I've talked to has been friendly and helpful. Shakira has been lovely and super accommodating getting everything sorted out for me as I've moved in. I had an issue with my key for the apartment door but she was very helpful in getting it all sorted out. Whenever I email the office with questions, they always respond quickly and are very helpful in answering my questions. If you're moving in, yes, it smells like marijuana occasionally, but just keep your window cracked and you'll be fine. Also, the heating system gets very excited if left unsupervised. I was a little worried when I toured the apartment because it was really hot and stuffy, but I turned the heaters down and the temperature has been very comfortable. No word on how the summer temperature is, but the office offers air conditioners for rent in the summer and I have a box fan. Shouldn't be a problem This apartment is in a great location! There's a grocery store on the next block that reminds me of a Whole Foods. I'm able to walk to work, and there's an IMAX theater, the Spokane Arena, the stage theater, and a Lego store all within a 10-15 minute walk which is fantastic. I only have to drive out into the wider city about once a week. Having a great experience so far and the office people are lovely. Highly recommended"

"I just recently moved from the Dresden and my time spent there was very interesting. However , I must say they finally have people in the office that actually do their jobs. Danequa is the absolute best, everytime I’ve come in contact with her she’s very warm , welcoming and polite. She was always eager to help and answer any questions I had , I’m sad I was already moving out when I met her. They need more people like her in office"

"As a future resident here I must commend Danequa for the way she handles her self when a rude resident came in. I was patiently waiting for my turn to fill out my paperwork and this older woman who was just outside being rude to the mail woman came inside and walked past me and proceeded to try and see into the office managers office and when she say that she was on the phone stood there to wait. When Danequa finished with the person who was there for me the woman tried to ask her for help and she told her that she had to help me first and the woman rudely said that she didn’t want to talk to her she was waiting for the office manager. Danequa Politely told her she can have a seat in the waiting are and wait and the woman said she just wants to stand right there by the managers door. Danequa Politely told her that she could stand in the waiting area. The woman then got upset and stormed out saying she would just call Dominic and Katie in a threatening way. I feel bad that someone living here can treat anyone so rude, but I commend Danequa for being polite and professional."
