"Bed bug galore, air conditioner leaked completely soaking carpet took 2 weeks living on a sponge and getting air conditioner fixed, the smell of musty mold was horrendous and the bed bugs they never addressed. We finally moved out into our home and were as careful as you can be but brought the bed bug epidemic to our home, a NIGHTMARE to this very day!!! The Suites should refund 6 months of rent and pay for all the money spent on our home plus pay to get rid of the infestation they should be responsible for!!! BEWARE EVERYONE!"

"The suites very disrespectful. They know that's just where people are trying to get on their feet and try to make it work. Those are not actual real apartments, those are really a motel and they just took over at the end of the day, I got played a venue a year. I paid my ring and still had to leave and I can't get a refund I don't owe you nothing if I don't get my money back. I promise you that buildings gonna be blown up or shut down and I'm real about that I don't see here at work and to see her lose money and I think I'll think I'll go to a funky taken. I stayed in a one bedroom, not a 3 bedroom. I shouldn't be paying more than a 3 bedroom apartment at a weekly, you don't even clean up right, you hire your own car. Your races like come on now. You have messing with the right person. And I promise you everybody at that whole building will lose their job. I promise you."

"Got a replacement oven after ours went out last week. Not only is the new one disgusting, it’s got no rack and doesn’t even work. Now a little over a week later, we are still calling and asking every day for someone to get up here asap to fix it with no results. How tf are you gonna raise rent here if you can’t get your staff to do their job correctly?"
