The Rubix 5300 East Craig Road, Las Vegas, NV 89115

"I booked three month contract over the phone as I got a new job in LV. I tried to cancel within a week but I had a 3 month contract and even they clearly advertise it in a fraudulent way, they did not allowed me to do it ( even after some escalation, all are the same scam) . The lady on the phone lied to me in ALL the description. No security, doors open 24 hs, extremely dirty, pets pee in all hallways and elevator, fire alarm will trigger at 2 am twice per week, domestic issues with police involved weekly, your furniture is all broken and burned with cigarettes, yes the smoke inside, carpet with more dirt than a park, they have a bed bug invasion, I found a bullet in front my door, a homeless leaving in the stairs ( see the “bed” in pictures), people trash in hallways, smell horrible 24 hs and they stole my deposit after I finish my contract ( saying that I did not give my notice while I implored to terminate the contract within a week and formally informed about my intention to terminate it even in advance). They are not only scam but the worse class as they take an advantage of people in need ( not my case even though they did it but 90% of the people leaving there). Just seems one of the pictues"

Lety leasing agent I deal with more than Anel leasing agent, or Breanda property manager. Lety is always helpful, friendly, she can be busy but she will stop and assist and give you full attention. Lety have so much energy."

"I've been with the Rubix for a few years now. I got to admit it wasn't good as it is now. It takes time, and effort, and money to make improvements. It's getting better and better. The office staff has always been helpful and informative to me, and the maintenance staff has been fixing this place up little by little making a safe and comfortable place to live. They just recently added a janitorial staff that keeps the Rubix clean and tiddy. They also house VA veterans here if so if your looking for a place to live and affordable I recommend here"
