"The property is nice and clean. It is also very quiet here night and day. If you put in for a maintenance repair order they will respond to your request if not the same day the next. The property manager Chris is very nice and helpful."

"Ceiling leaking was worst after plumbers came. Management got on the situation fast but by then it was to late. Experience was horrible and my family and I were left with a huge opening in the ceiling due to water damage. Days this has been going on still not fixed."

"Roaches here the first day, avoid if possible, also there’s rats(yes more than one), homeless, no maintenance, shootings, loud cars passing by, and place was damaged when moving in. Just skip this place if you can and see this."

"Bad management has increased rents by 40% without improving any accommodations and in fact has started charching residensts for common areas upkeep; unheard of!! Additionally they don't provide any support for catching car thieves or vandals, such as camaras or courtesy patrol to at least make it easy to catch offenders. Cars are broken into consistently and stolen as well. Carpets and appliances are from the 80's but they're still charging as if they were brand new from 2023!"
