"Lived here for 10 years almost and ever since new management took over it has been disgusting. Rent prices increase every year but the laundry rooms stay uncleaned and with doors left open for people to steal your clothes. The machines are uncleaned with dirt on them and some of the ones that are working have trash put in them. You'll be lucky if they get around to fixing half of the broken laundry machines and taking out the trash in them as well. Then you'll have wait even longer for them to fix something in your apartment. Not to mention the office being closed almost the whole day. Would never reccomend this place to anyone and looking to move."

"I am a little confused with the negative reviews, as I’ve seen nothing but helpfulness from staff, high maintenance both inside and outside the complex. I moved here August 10, 2020, and I am very fortunate to have chosen this apartment complex. The unit is remodeled with vinyl laminate flooring, fresh paint, marble countertops, and carpeting. Before moving in, I made sure there was little to no crime in this specific area, and truthfully has been very tranquil my entire stay so far. Neighbors are friendly, yet mind their own business, and I don’t hear sirens from the police or ambulance coming in the unit as others mentioned in other reviews. There is a playground right in back of my unit, and my 8 year old son enjoys it. I just wish there were kids in his age group nearby for him to play with. Karina has been very patient, professional, friendly, and always with a smile as she truly cares about us (tenants) & her role in this complex. I have not seen one cockroach in my unit yet, as I believe it depends on how often you clean and maintain your own space. I truly recommend Arcadia Palms to anyone who likes to see an upkeep in landscaping, remodeled units, peaceful area, friendly neighbors, and amazing customer service from the office."

"Personally My Husband and I, with our new born son have lived here for a year now. This is my first apartment and I personally love it here. Carla and every other employee there are amazing to me whenever I need something or my husband does. The apartment are beautiful on the inside and outside. I've never had an issue here, in fact I renew my lease this year and I am upgrading from a one bedroom to a beautiful two bedroom. 5 stars all the way!"
