"These apartments aren't bad at all.. they're nicely modeled and you can have 1,2,or even 3 bedrooms. They're conveniently across from boulder station in case you like gambling too!!"

"I just moved in may 5th, and it has been problems ever since. The outline in the bathtub is peeling on the floor and wall side . It creaks when you’re inside it . The hallway and living room has patches in the carpet and under baseboards. floor is very old and creaks everywhere. The toilet doesn’t really flush Unless you hold it down for like a minute and then again a second time. There are lumps all on the tile floorboard . In the kitchen and bathroom There’s always bugs even though the house is spotless. They’re supposed to clean the apartment out before u came in, it was disgusting in the oven and behind the oven and refrigerator. There careless pest control comes and probably puts down sugar water because bugs keep coming. Management doesn’t listen or resolve any issues. They’re all Mexican which isn’t a problem but they seem to always talk in Spanish when others are around. They send the maintenance and some don’t speak English so you can’t communicate. They let people in your home even though I said no one is allowed when I’m not there . One day someone came in and did nothing while I wasn’t there which is creepy. Management doesn’t reply to emails and claims she didn’t see them until you keep calling the leasing office for like weeks. Then today the office manager just called screaming at me. Like I felt so attacked and silenced over the phone. She would not let me speak. She was talking over me about the pest control who they keep sending but doesn’t work. Then she hung up the phone on me. The leasing manager is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to be evaluated and replaced !! Who calls a resident yelling. She wanted pest control to enter when I didn’t authorize today. I have little kids here and they said they would bomb the unit and we would have to get up and leave now. I did not authorize that and she does way too much! Pest control informed me they could come next week. Please anyone looking for a new apartment. Do not settle for here. I wish someone would have told me."

"If it's not the worst apartment complex in las vegas to live in, it's definitely one of the three worst! There is a constant lack of electricity, especially if there is any change in the weather. Those responsible for the maintenance of the place are extremely negligent with any type of repair. Bad commune with the office, every request, no matter how simple, is not heard!!!!!! It's been more than 10 months, that's right 10 MONTHS, I asked them to fix my dishwasher and they NEVER fix it. It's been a year since they opened a huge hole in my wall because there was a leak in the downstairs apartment and no one in charge closed it even though I asked every time I pay the rent! Living in Las Palomas is extremely stressful, I do not recommend."

"A clean and safe apartment complex that is well kept. It is also a value priced and has a nice dog run if you have pets. They come by and pick up any letter or trash almost everyday to keep it clean. Once again a reasonable place to live for the price."
