"I wish I can be nice and say something good about this place, if I did say something good it’ll be a huge lie. I don’t recommend this place. I will say this, in 3 years my rent went from $900-$1540 to live with homeless people and roaches. Management don’t GAF!!!"

"I had a clogged garbage disposal and they sent Juan and Francisco to my apartment to fix it. These guys were definitely on top of it and put a lot of pride into it. I never seen anyone who took passion in their Job like they do. They were amazing. They made me feel amazing and not just another number."

"They have roaches. When I asked to be moved to a new unit, preferably one that isn’t infested, they took their sweet precious time (over 2 months). The building is poorly build. The vinyl floorboards aren’t laid down properly. The counter tops aren’t real, just covered in marble wallpaper. The windows barely work. They are slow to fix anything in the unit. They didn’t have my unit clean when I moved in. Management is only good for making excuses and giving you the run around."

"As many others have said, I would give Mirabella Apartments negative stars if I could. I lived there for three years and was a great tenant, to no benefit. My first unit flooded, so they moved me into a new unit, which was infested with Roaches. Not only were the bugs horrible, the carpet was absolutely botched. There were bleach like stains throughout the whole unit and the carpet was lifted between the bedroom and living room. I complained several times.. and despite the fact that they should not have moved ANYONE into a unit in that condition, they only said they would raise my rent if they made any repairs. Besides all of this, the property manager, Pablo is a LIAR. They added a balance to my account for literally no reason and never removed it. I complained and complained, so finally I tried to compromise and said I would pay the balance if I could stay a few extra days after my lease, because my new apartment was not going to be ready. Pablo agreed, so I paid off the balance and then he proceeded to ADD another balance for the few extra days I stayed. We had broken mailboxes and I had multiple packages stolen. The buildings were literally falling apart, but they prioritized painting the exteriors HIDEOUS colors. It was the worst experience I could possibly imagine, as a tenant. I’ve been out for about six months now and I’m so incredibly happy that chapter of my life is behind me. I hope Mirabella Apartments is sued and shut down, along with Pablo. Good Riddance."
