"Literally the worse apartment complex. It has changed property management 4 times and I've been here for 3 years. My car was stolen twice. They claimed to have security then got rid of them saying the neighborhood wasn't bad enough to have them. So many cars were stolen and broken into and nothing happened. They charge a camera fee and the cameras don't even work. At first when called they told me they worked but when may car was stolen and the detective called they told him there are no cameras! The GIRLS in the office are so rude and don't help with anything all while charing extra fees that they can't explain. I moved out at the beginning of the month and was told I would get my final bill when they can. I moved out on the 3rd received the document on the 11th and was charged the full months rent, many random fees, and even a LATE FEE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"The property is ok for the price. Work orders are done in a timely manner and it’s pretty quiet for the most part. Laura G. Is the most helpful person. Had a life event happen and had to transfer my lease over and she got it done in a timely manner. She was very communicative with the new property management company. Got all the information needed. 10/10 for Laura."

"Property management is organized, responsible and communicates efficiently. Every maintenance request has been taken care of within 24 hours. Neighbors smile and hold themselves accountable for their pets and trash. Even though the location seems rough, the complex is quiet and polite. Our only gripe is we wish for them to build more carports so we can all park out of the sun. Other than that, this feels like home."
