"So far, we have loved living here. When we got the keys, there were a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and maintenance acted very quickly. I have lived in many apartment complexes, and I have never had repairs completed as quickly as this. Additionally, I've had no issues with bugs which is a pleasant surprise. They are often a problem in cheaper apartment complexes, but I have not seen any in my unit. It is a very cute apartment for the money, the neighbors seem nice, and it is very convenient to downtown!"
"I have a nice who is a single mother of a five year old girl. She moved in there last year and has had nothing but major problems. First off the apt is infested with roaches which scare them both terribly. Management has told her they would come and spray as of yet nothing. You can't put a band aid on a infestation such as this. Plus the laundry rooms rarely work which make her and her daughters life even more difficult. Something has to be done immediately before I call the health dept and BBB. She has no idea I'm doing this but I couldn't help myself if I can help them in this way I'll be very happy for all who live there. I'm sure if there in one apt there in many others. If I lived there I would take a major stand and make many phone calls until the issues were settled. Do your jobs management and clean up the building and surrounding areas. One more thing she pats rent on time every month only to be treated as a monster her five year old also"
"Maria, the property manager, and Leonardo, the maintenance guy are amazing people! I witness today someone coming into the office and blatantly upset over the fact that the water was turned off. Maria is the property manager. She cannot notify you when there is an emergency and the water is going to be turned off she will do her best to make sure that it’s on before she leaves for the end of the day, but to be accused of not doing her job by doing nothing that’s wrong for any of us to say. This woman is amazing she sees things before we even see things. When she started here in February, she didn’t bring roaches with her she didn’t bring rats with her but she is working on the situation that needs addressed. If you have a complaint you need to tell her that you’re having it a pest problem. She cannot know that just by thinking that it’s possible. You need to communicate that with her she will do the best she can to make sure that your unit is addressed . If you don’t tell her you have a problem she doesn’t know you have a problem. She is a property manager. She has all of these units to take care of. She has cleaned it up since I have moved in here. There is not a lot of trash around anymore and I’m not just saying physical trash I mean, just trash in general . Maria and Leonardo have worked very hard to stay on top of this property. You guys need to recognize that and be thankful that we have this kind of security and safety to enjoy our place where we live. I would really like for you guys all to understand what a property manager has to do. They don’t sit behind a desk just hand out keys, except money for payment as rent and hand you over a lease agreement that’s not just their job. They have to go to meetings with corporate, they have vendors they have to deal with. They have annual reports and monthly reports weekly reports that have to be inputted. They have to be up-to-date on Nevada revised statue laws. They have to be up-to-date on the courts. Her job is very demanding. And she still takes the time to listen to all of our woes and our sob stories. Her corporation has her doing schooling to be up-to-date with everything. All I ask in return have some appreciation for your property manager and your maintenance people, show them that you have their back from time to time. Working in this field is not easy not easy at all.."
"Maria the manager on-site is a very nice and profesional person. She goes ahead of my expectation, has all the answers to all my questions. She’s happy she fixes things fast like within the same day I can’t even explain the best experience Ive had since I moved here Maria is the only manager that has repaired all and any issues I’ve had since I moved in. Maria is the best manager, you guys have in all the advance group I have been in a couple of your properties and I will continue to stay here because of her 100% sure."
"I moved in the last of January 2023. Maria, the property manager that is there, She is wonderful. She is on top of everything. She sees things that are going on faster than anybody else I’ve ever dealt with as a property manager. Grounds are clean. Maintenance tech Leo, has been helpful with getting our needs taken care of in a timely manner. I feel safe with this community and the staff at The Eighty 8 Apartments."
