"The service request for my kitchen furniture drawer was completed to my satisfaction. Martin (the handyman) is very amicable, and a true professional, who worked very quickly! However, my service request for my fridge-handle is still pending, and has yet not been resolved!"

"This place was really nice when Lighthouse PM was taking care of it, but ever since KPM took over it’s been going downhill real fast. Mailboxes are always getting broken into and rarely fixed. Pool is closed more often than not. One small laundry room for the entire property, and most of the time only a couple machines work and you have to have an app to use them. Office staff was nice before they got rid of Francisco. Seriously he was only one who ever cared about the tenants. They don’t answers the phones unless it’s for new possible tenants. Parking and pedestrian gates are always busted. Most of the lights are out around the property so it’s pretty dark at night, and that coupled with busted gates poses multiple safety risks. They do nothing about homeless entering the property either and we’ve already had a few break into our car and try to climb over our porch to enter our back sliding door. They also have no care if you place a complaint about a neighbor making excessive noise at night or banging on their floors at any point in the day or night. And it takes forever to get any kind of work order completed. Good luck getting a response for an emergency call either. Do not move in here unless you have absolutely no other choice. Even then still try to find somewhere else."

"My family and I really enjoy living here. Tami is very kind and goes out of her way to make the office feel cozy and welcoming, and she is quick to handle any issues that may arise. The maintenance team is great as well. I put in a very long work order this week, and they were quick to come in and fix everything on my list and had a friendly attitude in the process. The neighborhood and apartment complex are quiet and clean. We have had issues with packages getting to us at this apartment, but that is not the fault of the staff. Overall, a good place to live with everything you need within walking distance."

"We have recently moved into our now home and I love it my neighbors are very friendly. Tami has done an amazing job with helping me with anything I need. She always responds to me quickly she’s so friendly and helpful. Reuben has also been amazing my work orders have been taken care of within 24 hrs my children love it here the community is very welcoming. Thank you for making us feel right at home!"

"I have lived in The Marq for almost 5 years. Never once have I felt unsafe. Lighthouse Property Management has done an excellent job of renovating not only this property, but other properties in the area, which has made the neighborhood much nicer and safer to walk through. I work full time and I am a full time student at UNLV, which makes the location very convenient and central. Both property managers, Patricia, who moved me in years ago, and now Tami, who has been here a while, have been nothing but supportive, caring and kind whenever I needed something repaired, had a complaint, or needed help of any kind. Both have been so kind to me any time I walk into the front office... I am always greeted warmly with lovely conversation. I also appreciate the zero-tolerance policy when it comes to smoking on the property or domestic disturbances, so the property tends to stay very clean and quiet. The two gentlemen that perform maintenance, Kevin and Ruben, are so helpful and kind and they get the job done both with skill and speed. They are always so friendly and say hello whenever I see them. The Marq has been a wonderful home and I will continue to make it home for as long as I can. I am truly happy here and it suits my lifestyle completely."
