"I'm currently living here. I've been here 9 years. At first it was nice. But now it is not. There are homeless people who dig through our dumpster, sleep in our laundry room. I've reported it but, they still come back. I always paid my rent. Now they want me to move OUT. They have given me a 30 day No cause notice. They Welcome you in, then after you've been here to long they want you out. I've been through 4 managers. There are shooting in our area and drug activities. After 6 pm they come out the druggie and homeless people. So you see this is not the best place to live. And now they will not renew my lease. I guess I've over stayed my welcome. I recommend not moving here. This could happen to you down the road."

"I lived here for 10 months, the review would be otherwise favorable however after moving out and transferring to a sister property I was charged $95 for a carpet cleaning fee and $95 for "housekeeping". Not only did I thoroughly clean the entire apartment and take pictures, I also rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned the entire carpet. After calling I was told that this is always charged and that it is on my lease. I said that is not true as I just looked at the lease and was then told that the manager would call me back. This was over a week and a half ago and now they will never answer the phones when I call. On top of that they charged me twice for a transfer fee of $300. First step is BBB and then I will go to arbitration. Very upset with the handling of this petty situation from a great tenant who paid their rent on the first of EVERY month and never made a single problem for them!"
