"I’m being charged Vacant Electric for the apartments mistake of not turning my power off the 1st month of move in, Electricity is in my name now and I’m still being charged $500 plus even after paying $400 more on top of rent. I feel it’s partially the apartments fault for allowing the electricity to go over $500 If they are charging vacant electric. I Pay My Rent On Time With Money Order As I Have For Years Now I’m Forced To Pay Online. Management here changes it seems like every 2 months it’s someone new."

"Maintenance is a nightmare. They want an online request for any maintenance issue w no ETA for completion. State law requires landlords to repair all systems/appliances within a reasonable time. A phone call, email or walk into the leasing office to report the issue should be enough. There should be a finite ETA for a speedy resolution for any/all repair requests. Does the management have enough support staff to take care of all resident repair requests ? Is there a move in /move out checklist ? Lost of folks are complaining not being able to get their deposit back despite leaving the apartment in pristine condition. State law requires landlords to refund deposit minus any repair costs beyond normal wear and tear within 30 days. There’s also this issue w homeless folks coming into the apartment complex. Are we safe at night?"

"Lived here for 2 years, the rooms are updated, but the neighborhood is definitely not the best, homeless usually jumping from the back wall to get in the premises. Never had any problems with neighbors everyone kept to themselves, leasing manager always left 30 min to an hour before the office was supposed to close. We also left the apartment exactly how we got it and never got our deposit back."
