"Worst experience I've had living in a home. Roach infestation, maintenance or the guy who left papers on everyones door left chewed gum on my paido and my screen gate had trouble opening. They leave trash, lightbulb, long nails, wood chips anything on the floor and don't fix anything just list it as work completed. All my maintenance request were deleted when they mad a new website! Ive waited years for some requests to be taken seriously and they still made anything they worked on worse than before, Like how ? The water goes off unexpectedly without notice! Maintenance will still enter your unit even if you have no entry listed! I can go on! Don't move here!"

"My boyfriend and I were looking for apartments, we came here made an appointment and they showed us a unit and told us twice that a unit like that would be available and then changed it. And when we tried to ask questions about the units online that were available we got ignored so we went in personally and got HORRIBLE service. Straight attitude and completely unprofessional. They should definitely get a new leasing agent, because now I refuse to stay because of her attitude. Definitely look elsewhere and don’t apply for any units online until you know they’re available because their website also lies. Really glad I didn’t put an application in considering it showed FOUR available units, yet supposedly they’re taken."

"Ohhh man, let me tell you! These apartments were what you’d call the worst experience the country has to offer. When we first moved in five years ago, it seemed fine. Not a week later our neighbor across the way began to blast music every single weekend, on top of the residents below them would fight like animals, and some would even pull out guns. We’ve heard shootings, more fights than we can count, seen roaches and had bed bugs, been towed by the office with no prior warning and had both of our cars broken into, and they even tried to steal my wife’s car! We had kids turning off the power in the building and running away like it was a joke, and throwing rocks at windows and one flew into our house while we were all in our bedroom! The don’t complete work orders until at least two to four months have passed, they’ll fine you for things on your patio, are never available for anything when you need help, and they constantly reek of marajuana! I wouldn’t let my worst enemy live here without at least warning them first!!!"

"Worst place to live. They take more than a month to get a repair done. They steal your vehicles and management does nothing about it. We took all our evidence to them and did nothing to the other tenants. They overcharge if you go month to month with them. DO NOT LIVE HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!"

"UPDATE: I moved out 2 months ago and they are STEALING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. I have been reaching out for weeks and they will not respond, per usual. Absolutely a joke, DO NOT RENT HERE. All reviews below are true with the addition of TENANT HARASSMENT. I have been reaching out to the office for over 2 months regarding the same issues. The don’t care. They want your money and will come up with as many false fees and violations to get it. They do not answer the phone or emails, and LIE about all amenities. ROACHES AND TRASH at all times EVERYWHERE. I moved in to an apartment with huge dead roaches everywhere, definitely did not clean before my moving in…AND THEY DIDNT BELIEVE ME! Even with photo evidence within 24 hours of me moving in. I would not want my worst enemy to live here."
