"We moved in mid to end of august of last year, at first everything was okay, we thought it was actually a quiet place to live, shortly there after we had a neighbor that was harassing us endlessly, and my car was keyed, all of my windows were shot out, and my car was towed for it. We struggled to get my car back but thankfully didn’t have to pay due to it being a mistake on the apartments staff. recently i’ve discovered hard water stains in the bathroom, and black mold growing on all three window sills we have called the office for two weeks with the response of “someone will be by tomorrow” with no one coming the next day, i am still currently waiting on someone to come. My infant daughter is now sick due to the mold in MY KIDS ROOM, they refuse to answer the phones at the office now and are no help. we are desperate to get out of here. DONT MOVE HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN."

"Oh forgot, she had nerve to say to me you will have to re-aply .how stupid do I look, think I'm going to hand her my debit card for her to take $315 for her not to hold .and the apps weren't ran hiw can she hold something if we weren't approved yet. I didn't give her permission to take my money and hold it. For them not to run the applications or not to hold the apartment . And after it's to late ,while we were waiting for his driver's license in the mail, the day after she tells me I lost all M.y money. When originally I was told if we didn't get the apt the deposit would be returned. I was told I didn't comply because we were waiting for his NV ID. They are rip off and crooks. I'm on a fixed income now I have to wait another. Month to move.i get $914 a month and she took half of it in her pocket..what a shame ?."

"I was reminded of an experience I had living here from watching a TikTok earlier today. First and foremost, all of the other one star reviews are spot on, so I don't need to restate any of that. One time I was going out of state for a week to see family. I was concerned about leaving my car here, because this is obviously a horrible neighborhood. I went to the rental office and discussed this with three of the people that were in there this day. They assured me everything would be fine. When I got back, I found my car had been towed. During that one week I was gone, they had decided to resurface the parking lot. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get my car back. They took absolutely no responsibility for lying to me and tried to say that all three people I had spoken to had been fired and replaced within the span of that week. These people are lying and dishonest crooks."

"Upon move in, it was very dirty. Appliances were broken. We had to put in like 5 work orders as soon as we moved in. AC didnt work, fridge was broken. Mold problem that doesn't go away no matter how clean u are bcuz of ventilation. There's cockroaches. I spray, bait, they spray, still heavily infested. Gunshots every other night. Very unsafe. Such high rent for such a dangerous neighborhood or barely working appliances. No access to pool in the year I've been here. No access to fitness room. Its just an excuse to charge more rent. Their laundry room has 2 working washers, 6 broken. My car was broken into twice. Cops don't patrol, too ghetto. Worst place I've ever lived. I don't feel safe, my kids are scared here. They charge 2 months rent to break lease."

"I have been here for 3 years and I could never be happier that my lease is up. Management is horrible and barely responds unless you call corporate on them. They have switched management since I’ve been here and it still is the same. They have raised the rent by $300 last year and if I was to renew my lease this year it would’ve went up by $218 yet again yet I can never use the pool or the fitness center which is located inside the office that has yet to ever open. It states in my lease that the amenities are included in my rent such as the pool and fitness center yeI nobody can ever use them so therefore it should be discounted. I am a very clean person and have never had a roach problem until I moved here. I have had them spray countless times and still roaches. They come up with all sorts of charges like move out charges and won’t even do a final walk through with you prior to returning the keys just to justify taking your deposit and more. I have been so stressed out just trying to leave this place because nobody responds until I start threatening to call the housing authority. They tried to charge me for extra days on my lease saying I didn’t give them proper notice without 30 days when I had attempted to reach the office by text email and phone call. After calling the property management myself I was finally able to get my 30 day notice backdated. I would never recommend this place to anyone because they are a fraud and will nickel and dime you for every penny you have while your living conditions are horrible. Not to mention the domestic violence and loud noise and music from my downstairs neighbors that I have complained about multiple times and they have yet to do anything. Do yourself a favor and skip over this place, it’s not worth the stress."
