"I’ve lived here half a year and all I can say is I can’t wait to move out. In the beginning of moving in they rushed the apartment so fast that nothing was done. The dish washer wasn’t even connected, and leaked water all over. Old pipes under my sink that are molding already. No point in contacting maintenance since they take forever, so at this point I’m just waiting to finish my lease. Cockroaches everywhere, to the point where I’ve gotten used to them. Mind you, I’m a very clean person who has ocd so I’m constantly cleaning. Homeless constantly walking through and I’ve seen a couple going through peoples balconies on the first floor. Cops come by every other month. Also your “reserved” parking spot is useless since neighbors here don’t care and will park in your spot. Avoid this place it’s not worth it."

"First of all the units they advertise is not like the unit they moved me into appliances weren’t new or even stainless steel. Then there’s roaches everywhere seen a few in my microwave and I clean everyday ! Not only that when I went to investigate to try and find the root issue I stood on my counters to see that at the very top of my top cabinets there are MANY DEAD ROACHES that they did not clean and they were just painted over. It is not worth it these places are nasty"

"Don’t move here they have a nasty roach issue as well as crickets no matter how much you clean it doesn’t help ! They charge for cable that I don’t even use . Charging me a common area bill as if I don’t already pay my own energy bill . I have been gone for 3 weeks due to health reasons and I come home to my door UNLOCKED as well as items stolen . I’m the ONLY one with a key besides them . They keep saying no one has been in my apartment when I have tangible proof that I’ve been gone for 3 ENTIRE WEEKS consecutively ! The Mexican lady in the office called herself catching an attitude with me behind it and got real defensive as if she’s guilty ! Police report has been made and they will be getting investigated. Save your money unless you want roaches as roomates"

"Lived here for 1 yr and from the beginning things were not correct. Not only were we made to wait one month before move in but the unit we moved into was not well put together and yet ignored.cabnet drawer in kitchen can not be used due to being blocked by the stove and never corrected. Air filters for a/c does not exist. All towel hangers and toilet paper holders are poorly installed causing wall damage by falling out of walls. Mentioned for repair and had to make repairs myself. Washer/dryer unit in apartment stopped working which has taken more then 30 days to replace. You have to pay power, gas but also have to pay a common area power bill. Save your funds because there are more sensible locations you may want to reside. Mind you this is a company that has taken over harbor island also."

"I have lived here for about 6 months and all I can say is save your money and go elsewhere. I have had my mail and multiple packages stollen, as well as had my car broken into. They have done absolutely nothing to provide adequate security, their cameras don’t work so I have no proof to go to the police with. Never mind the fact that the property is so poorly kept. They have so many chemicals in the pool that my boyfriend broke out in a rash, they take days to provide needed maintenance, etc. Please don’t waste your time or money here."
