"My work orders keep getting closed and they are not completed when you call the office it’s always I’m going to call you back I’ve had a work order open for over a month and still nothing nobody can ever help they are just giving updates I shouldn’t keep calling to get my issues resolved"

"this place is unbelievable. I only did my application and it was a nightmare. Three people told me three different things. The assistant manager was no help. Nobody will communicate with me. Danielle and Hannah were so nice to me. The assistant manager didn’t really feel like helping me, the manager told me there was a Spanish-speaking person, but the assistant manager kept saying they don’t have a Spanish-speaking people which I know is not true how we are in 2024 and there is not even one person I speak Spanish she didn’t feel like helping me and I felt like it was discrimination"

"Great customer service when you first come in. I really loved the apartment complex when I first saw it. The people in the office seem nice at first. I put in my application, put down a refundable holding fee of $250 and a non-refundable $50 credit check fee.. 5 days went by I hadn't heard from them so I called them. The lady that answered the phone was like oh you didn't get a email from us saying that you were denied. I said no and asked why was I denied, the lady told me that my social security numbers didn't match. On the application the security number typed in didn't match my social security card. I told her that was probably a typo air. She didn't care, she told me that I will not get my holding fee of $250. because of that typo air. They could have called me and told me there was a air in the application and it could have been fixed but instead they ripped me off for my money."

"(EDIT) FYI the water has been shut off THREE more times since I made this review. YESTERDAY! And now today which was totally unexpected and called it a “emergency” I’ve seen guys earlier messing with the water pipes THIS MORNING. Told us about the shut off at 1 PM .. I’m guessing management knew the water was going out again prior to the email. No compensation or anything for our inconvenience. ITS GETTING RIDICULOUS!!!! The saga continues. Hold your breathe if you think this is a professional organization. This property has been through SEVERAL water shut offs this year alone. March and several times July , August and September. Don’t do a good job notifying the residents. A automated text message system would do wonders. It’s 2023, no one is sitting on their e-mail anymore. . . BTW the front gate has been broken since 2021 and hardly any security and NO surveillance cameras no where to be found. Stop asking the residents to do a “neighborhood watch” … We don’t want to pay rent AND work for free. They only offer “beverages” for your free neighborhood watch services. I see a lot of phony 5 star reviews. Funny that we get a emails weekly about windows being broken, kids lighting fire and etc etc …. How is that 5 star worthy? Anyway. I used this particular email and name because I want to remain anonymous!"
