"Very dirty property and very unsafe to be around at night lock your doors and cars"

"Worst place I’ve ever lived. For starters, the apartment was dirty when I moved in. Huge balls of lint in every crevice, floor was visibly dirty, bathroom tile is chipped and they never fixed it. The whole place is really poorly painted, and the paint started to peel within a week of moving in here. The property as a whole is also really dirty and poorly maintained. Litter all over. Neighbors all just leave their trash bags in the walkways for days at a time. The first time I went to do my laundry I discovered that the 3rd floor machines didn’t even work because someone broke in and cut the power cords. On the 2nd floor only 1 washing machine actually works. 3/4 dryers are fine, but the 4th one was literally full of dead roaches and rat poop. Now the laundry rooms are actually totally inaccessible and they never told us that was the case, I just discovered it when I went to do my laundry today. In my first week a package was stolen from my doorstep. My mailbox has been broken into repeatedly and I often find it just hanging wide open. They told me straight up after the lease was signed and money exchanged that none of their cameras work. There’s always people hanging around outside. I’ve heard my neighbors get into loud fights outside several times now. My biggest personal problem is that I have on a couple occasions found discarded used needles on the walkways, so unsafe and disgusting. And if you want to talk to the property managers, or have any questions, good luck! Nobody who answers the phones actually knows anything at all, and they will always refer you to the higher up managers and tell you they’ll give you a call back, and then they never actually will. This place is horrendous. Don’t live here."

"Worst place I've ever lived, nd I'm from KCMO Landlord lies and steals claims to be a saving grace to ppl but she's worst person over here. Says she trying to get rid of riff raff but she's the main one causing it! If you down on luck and have no other choice yea it's a great dive but at all expense avoid this real life nightmare at all cost!"
