"I didn't mind the people there, even the office management was okay as long as you pay your rent they got to follow the rules. But the bugs were outrageous. OUTRAGIOUS. Never saw an exterminator. I moved out before the eviction court date but the dirty dogs say I was evicted for not paying my rent. Funny I moved out because their manager told me to before the court date and then they put in my file I was evicted. Shame shame. Not good"

"I WENT TO THIS PLACE IN JANUARY LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT. LONG STORY SHORT I PAID 300.00 ON JANUARY 24 2024 AND 515.00 ON JANUARY 27 2024 DUE TO AN EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO ME BY THE APARTMENTS. I PAID THE FEE USING THE EMONEY ORDER ACCOUNT THAT THEY PROVIDED AND A WEEK AFTER I DID THAT I GET AN EMAIL SAYING I WAS DENIED. IT'S 02-29-2024 AND I HAVE CONTACTED THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND SPOKE WITH DERRIL NUMEROUS TIMES REGARDING THE REFUND OF MY PAYMENTS. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THE WOMAN KEPT TELLING ME SHE NEEDED TIME TO GET TO MY FILE. A WEEK GOES BY, I CALL BACK AND SPEAK WITH DERRIL WHO ADVISED I WOULD BE REFUNDED MY FEES. I VERIFIED MY ADDRESS WITH HIM AT THAT TIME. I CALL TWO WEEKS LATER FOR A STATUS AND HE CANT TELL ME ANYTHING, HE CANT PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER OR A PERSON TO CONTACT REGARDING MY REFUND. ON TOP OF THAT THE ADDRESS HE VERIFIED FOR ME WAS WRONG A TOTAL OF THREE TIMES WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM. I SPOKE WITH HIM MORE TIMES THAN WHAT IS LISTED HERE BUT I AM ONLY INCLUDING CERTAIN CONVERSATIONS. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT WALMART CHECKFREE AGENTS WHO ADVISED THEY CANT REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY CAN VERIFY MY MONEY WAS RECEIVED BY THE PROPERT. THE REP ADVISED I CONTACT AGAIN AND PROVIDE A CASE NO. AND HAVE THEM REACH OUT TO THEM SO THEY CAN PROVIDE A REFUND BUT THE GUY DOESNT GIVE A DAMN BECAUSE IT'S NOT HIM AND I AM NOT WASTING MY TIME TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHO TO CALL TO GET MY 800.00 BACK. I AM REPORTING THEM TO BBB, IC3, AND PER A REP AT LVMPD SHE ADVISED TO CONTACT THE CONSTABLE TO SEE IF THEY CAN DO SOMETHING. I HOPE NO ONE GOES THROUGH THIS, I AM OUT HERE HOMELESS RIGHT NOW AND BROKE AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT GETTING ME MY MONEY. IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES TO PAY THEM IT SHOULDN'T TAKE NO LONGER THAN A WEEK TO PROVIDE IT BACK. YOU HAVE 800.00 OF MY MONEY AND I AM CONSULTING WITH OUR LEGAL PROVIDERS, LEGAL EASE. AT THIS POINT I WANT AN INCONVENIENCE FEE ATTACHED TO MY REFUND!"

"My opinion and review stars were rated at a 2 because when we arrived at 2:45 the office was closed and posted a sign that they would be back at 3:15 Just as we were reading the sign a woman yelled to us that the office is NEVER open and Good Luck getting someone there to help with anything. Not a good sign about that rental company. Or how it's Management and staff service the business. Also, the grounds don't reflect the images they posted on their website. Messy and unsafe is the general appearance."

"My experience here at sierra vista is the management people here are very nice. I especially am fond of Sophia she has been very kind and helpful. . So i can't say anything bad about staff. Now the issue I may have is them fixing things. And the electric and water has been off multiple times buy they do seem to be trying to fix the problem. Overall its a nice place to live. And NY neighbor is awesome."
