"If you love roaches, homeless people, and not having any repairs done for weeks this spots for you. Nothing has improved since their Studio Plaza days and give you no email to report issues, just an app, and that’s IF they fix it. Within the first few weeks, roaches started appearing, followed by cabinets falling apart. It has been months with this problem and them “spraying” is them clearly using the cheapest option. Fumigation of the property should be done. Cheaply put together furniture (edited to CLARIFY - your doors jam, your cabinets fall apart, the door lock system doesn’t even work as a “luxury amenity”), things consistently fall apart, and none of the people who they hire seem to know what they actually do. I wouldn’t be surprised if their construction workers were paid under the table. None of their staff is professional at all. Look into their previous reviews, they only have 2.7 stars (for a very CLEAR REASON) — all regarding the staff or living conditions. Shady, shady shady. Stay away!!!!! EDITED TO INCLUDE PHOTOS OF ROACHES AND OUR ROACH TRAP!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! THIS IS AFTER US PURCHASING OUR OUR BUG SPRAY AND FINDING OUT HOW SEVERE THIS APT IS!!!"

"This place used to be $648 a month and with all the roaches and repairs that were never taken care of that was a stretch. They slapped some green and purple paint on the walls, TOOK AWAY the previously included internet, cable, and furniy, raised everyone's rent and said the 300 square feet studio that was occupied by hundreds of roaches was worth $1100 a month. I lived here for 2 years and it was ridiculous how they do business. I signed paperwork stating it was month to month but as soon as the new owners came in they listed ridiculous charges. I bought so many roach traps and sprays and complained but no one would listen. Pool and wash area that only has 3 washers close at "6pm" or whenever the lady at the desk feels like leaving. Don't waste money."

"There ok have alot of roaches even though they are remodeling the apartments but also they are not accepting people who have violent backgrounds even if it's been 4 years or more and they are stricked on who can be there and are not located next to any schools and very expensive as if they are big and there not it's almost the size of a jail cell there"
