"I moved in here in November and I have to say I am so happy the apartments clean there’s no bugs and it’s very quiet and safe. I had a package outside of my door for two days and nobody touched it. I was only a little disappointed when I moved in because who ever was here before me didn’t take care of of the apartment at all but they fixed it up pretty well, but it had a strong smoke smell in here, but it’s gotten taken care of the people in the office are pretty friendly one lady she’s really nice , but I’m thankfully I moved in here"

"(Edit below) My experience getting into this complex was very very easy and enjoyable. I was helped by Ms. Dulce who was very professional and informational the entire process. She helped me navigate through hundreds of questions (I’m that kind of person and I can be hard to deal with) but she never got irate or negative towards me at all. The facility looks amazing and I’m so excited to be living here. Thank you Dulce so much for all your help! EDIT: I have now been living here for 3 months. It has been very enjoyable. I had an issue today with a leak and Jose from the maintenance came to my assistance right away. He was very helpful and fixed the entire problem in less than an hour. I could not be any more positive or grateful for how helpful Jose was throughout the entire experience. Thank you so much Jose!"

"Best apartment in the neighborhood. Very clean,good lighting,feels safe, cover with walls,good neighbors,very professional office team,everything we want it. Moving from different state is not a easy task and huge thank you to Dulce and Alinne for helping us and making our move pain free. Highly appreciated all the help and support Esper team giving us. Highly recommend it. Update: Esper Apartment has the fastest and most professional maintenance team i ever seen in Vegas. Work orders get fixed same day or lates next day and things get fixed right."
