"It’s sickening to see fake 5 star reviews of this terrible place. The people leaving these reviews apparently live at multiple apartment complexes and leave them all 5 stars at the same time? Don’t be fooled, this place is horrible. The pool has never been open in over 3 years. They laundry room is only open 9-4pm and they will lock you out of your clothes. They do this because there are meth addicts who use the laundry room to get high. The problem is they do this during working hours so the only people impacted are us hard working tenants. Oh and most of the machines don’t work. The roaches are a huge problem at this place and they will only fumigate between 8am and 12pm and you have to be out of your home, pets included at your expense. Despite the fumigator coming every week for a month the roaches never stopped. I almost lost my job because I kept having to leave work to get my dog out so they could spray otherwise they will charge you. Forget having a 9-5 job and trying to use the “gym” or laundry or mail room. They will charge you for electricity and gas and risk mitigation fees even though you have your own electric bill and your own renters insurance. They do not respect your ESA and continue to charge “pet” rent. There is always homeless infesting the areas. Stay away and please don’t bring kids here… please."

"I lived at the Topaz Apartments for 15 years. Today I am moving out due to the management not renewing my lease. The property management is looking to make more money once I move out and they renovate my apartment and charge the future tenants more rent. That's okay because thanks to them I have found a better apartment with cheaper rent. It's difficult for us however the management has do what they must do. For the property management at the Topaz I hope that they remember these last words. It's a poem that I wrote. "Im a current resident of Topaz apartments, my best advise for people trying to move to another place, please don’t come and live here, Topaz Corporate doesn’t care about residents well being, they put very rude and aggressive people to manage their complex, so residents petitions are ignored. As I was reading another comments also, it’s being almost a year and they haven’t open the pool yet, and they keep adding fees on our rents. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to live at Topaz Apartments."

"The experience overall was good. The only thing I can think of that can be improved is the laundry facility being open on time consistently instead of half the time. I ultimately moved out for wanting a washer/dryer in my unit in my next place after I read the terms of the next lease containing the 30% rent increase if I were to continue to stay. I didn't want to pay extra for the same thing without renovations to make it worth it."

"New management is horrible. Took over and started threatening residents with HEAVY fines if new rules weren't followed. Used to be 1 covered parking spot per resident, changed it to 1 spot per household. Emails they send out are unprofessional with fully capitalized words. Office hours posted outside office say "9am-6pm". Showed up at 9:45am to top-up my laundry card and they were closed. A rude woman opened the door and said they don't open until 10am and close at 4pm. I asked why the sign hadn't been changed and she said, "that was old management" and closed the door. Highly unprofessional and rude, leaving as soon as my lease is up. Apartments are also very dated and in poor state of repair. STAY AWAY, find somewhere else. Edit: This place just keeps getting worse. The mail room is supposed to be open from 9am-6pm. I work 9am-5pm. I arrive at the mail room at 5:40pm and it's closed along with the office. How about the staff do their job and stay until 6pm or else I'll never be able to get my mail."
