"I love the place you guys have got to be faster with the maintenance. That is going to be a major issue and a deciding factor whether or not I will renew my list. You guys did a wonderful job renovating the place. But you left those old closet doors. And they keep breaking right now. I have another one that you just fixed. That broke again came off the rail."

"If I could give them no stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They tell you the rent is one price, but then add an extra amount for utilities on top of the rent, them you get a separate bill in the middle of the month for additional utilities. Tenants are paying their electric bill for them. They charge for services that you don't use. When i moved there I couldn't get mail there and had to rent a PO Box, the pool never opened. Couldn't use the gym because I worked during the hours that the office was open. I had to get rid of the pest in my apartment myself. One of the maintenance workers would lie about work he completed, so I finally gave up requesting to have things fixed. They new office manager has no idea what she's doing and doesn't follow Nevada state law. This was by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in."

It’s not what it’s buffed out to be! THEY can not keep a management TEAM or more than one MAINTENANCE GUY/WORKER. YOU pay for gates that are NEVER closed! The POOL IS NEVER OPENED! THE POOL NEVER OPENS IN SUMMER!!!!!!! **** THE POOL NEVER PASSES INSPECTION! ***** THE USPS MAILBOXES BARLEY BECAME OPERABLE IN SEPTEMBER or OCTOBER OF 2023 because MANAGEMENT UP there were too darn lazy to meet USPS requirements. So everyone had to drive to the post office and back everyday for mail. Management has started sticking little small fees onto everything.the trash service is horrible! They leave trash everywhere. The park they spent all the money on is horrible for the kids, there is nothing there but poles! Homeless people are ALWAYS walking right onto property (because the gates are always opened; ALL GATES) and they dig in the trash cans or they will come and steal off the porches. Security only comes once or twice every month and they just come drive around once and leave. The police LIVE HERE! They Are always here for DRAMA,DEATH, OR DOMESTIC. Every leasing agent is rude, and they talk to you like you’re remedial, or a child. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. They just sit and let it ring! They are always at work, BUT NEVER IN THE OFFICE! The sign “be back later” is ALWAYS up. ***** THEY HAVE ROACHES ALL OVER EVERY UNIT! ***** EVERYTHING LEAKS! Your sink, your washing machine, your toilets! You know what roaches love? WATER!!! They do not come and replace the VENTS! They don’t fix the AC until you keep complaining, and complaining and then finally they come after you threaten to withhold rent. The ROCKS are atrocious and always all over the place along with the “ VALET TRASH”. They only have GRASS on one part of the complex. They added new fees for the lights outside of your unit to the lease (which might I add is illegal) but do they care? No way! You bet they don’t. You will catch the maintenance workers just chilling in peoples homes not doing any work. They will take BROKEN appliances and RIG them to bring it to your unit to act as if it’s BRAND NEW. *** they SPIKE the RENT PRICES every time they get NEW MANAGEMENT***** do not move here! They do not understand how to communicate kindly. They are full of attitude and disgrace, and distrust."

"The leasing agent here needs diversity training. It appears to me that they don't want to rent to me. I don't want to be somewhere I'm not wanted. They were absolutely not helpful in the least and they told me it came from the top Western Wealth. I've been running around all morning trying to meet their requirements to get to the leasing office and no one was there. The leasing agent Elaine finally showed up late and said she couldn't help me at all. She said she was helpless. I going somewhere else."
