"Sorry to say that they didn't come through at the end. On day 1 I stated this: Best Service in Vegas! I called and left a message. Craig called me back within the hour and scheduled an estimate to look at our window within 2 hours of the phone call. It reminded me of how service use to be in Vegas. Prices were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this business! THEN AFTER PAYING AND WAITING FOR SERVICE- Now I can say they didn't call and had a no-show on the day they told me it would be installed. Then they didn't come through on day 2. They stated we would be the first customer on day 3 for a 7 o'clock appointment. They didn't come until 9. A lot of blame from worker & boss."
"Their service is amazing. They had a tech come out and inspect and measure the broken window the same day. The price was fair, and they had my window repaired the following day. Everywhere else I received a quote did not even volunteer to have someone come look at the window for almost a week out."
"Highly recommend! Received an on site evaluation and quote the same day I called. Craig was timely and quoted me a fair price. The glass was a non-standard size but Craig was able to get the glass and have it installed just 3 days later. It could have been a day sooner but I requested the installation date and Craig was very accommodating. So glad I called! The installers are very good at their trade. They cleaned up when they were done. You wouldn't know they were there. Great job!"
