"[ ] People breaking in after office hours (in cars, through house windows ect) [ ] Homeless people living in empty apartments [ ] Homeless washing themselves in the pool [ ] Cops coming in the neighborhood consistently [ ] Leaking floors and ceilings during rain [ ] Leaking ac sink water heater (the qmount of toilet paper I had to replace and my fiances text books) [ ] Pool closed during the summer (imagine that) [ ] Either cameras are broken or "take a long process to get proper footage" [ ] 1700 plus for 2 bedroom (and now I'm seeing 1300 for everyone else tho?! I've been here almost 3 YEARS!)) [ ] Management not dealing with issues properly (have a noisy upstairs neighbor and security issues ect)(and they still haven't dealt with the issues!) [ ] The behavior from management is passable at best with their costumer service smile and their promise to fix things but the Property Manager is who you need to speak to if you want the job done All and all this could be a nice place but with everything we've gone through not to mention them over charging us is unacceptable I will continue to update"

"I'm a new tenant I've been living here for almost 2 weeks and one thing I can tell you is that maintenance is on top of their game. I had an issue with my garbage disposal. Within 2 hours of speaking Remi about the maintenance request, Chad was at the door ready to solve the issue. I had a minor issue with my heater for a couple of days. Chad was determined to make sure my unit was receiving heat. Chad and Tyrone came by to see what was going on. Just to find out it was a little switch they had to hit and everything is back to normal. One thing I can say that there is nothing perfect in the world. But Chad and Tyrone are great maintenance men. It's never an issue anytime I have a maintenance request. You can truly see they love what they do. I truly appreciate my leasing consultant Remi. He's the one who sold me on this apartment. Just the fact that he spoke to me as a person. Understood what I was looking for and needed. Bacaro at South Shore is a great apartment. They make sure my self and my kids live comfortably."

"My family has lived here for 7 years and we could not be happier. The current management team of Taliah and Remy with general manager Alex have been outstanding in every way possible. The maintenance team of Tyrone and Chad have also been excellent in taking care of any work that needs to be done in a timely manner."

"I loved living at the Bacaro, we were only here for 6 months but we had great neighbors, I loved the neighborhood kids (they were always so sweet and helpful and considerate), and I did feel overall safe. And I LOVED my apartment, I miss my amazing master bath. We never had an issue with management, I definitely saw residents berating the management more than once, so maybe try kindness if you need help, just a thought. The biggest con for us was the price, it was high for that area for sure and not worth the amenities. We never once saw a roach nor scorpion in our time there, and we had to go out several times a day to walk our pup. We've actually seen worse in the much "nicer" area we purchased in after our time here. It's Vegas though, what can you do? The people that complain about roaches, I would look inwardly before making accusations. Also, there were definitely some domestic incidents, but again, common for Vegas unfortunately. I don't hear as much where I am now, but it still happens even in the more affluent area that I live now. That only gets better once people stop doing things without their partners knowledge and/or consent, nothing the bacaro can control. Overall, a really good place to live in the short term. We were eternally grateful they didn't demand evidence of a years worth of rent upfront the way other complexes do too. Otherwise, we may not have been able to move to fabulous Las Vegas! "Okay so when we first moved here in March 2023 the management was horrible, plain and simple. After management change everything changed. A landlord that comes to your door with sincere communication about issues you’ve written in about, maintenance became accountable and always stayed on top of everything. Microwave went out I had a new one the next day, air leaks in the summer, they come fix it. Nothings perfect but they try to keep it respectable. Bugs? It’s the dessert so yes I’m the summer heat you get scorpions who try to get cool but you see a bug, then without complaining, you same or next day see a pest can outside. Because it’s normal for bugs for a certain season and they seemingly keep reasonable routine pest control rounds to maintain such a large property. We had a bad kid in the neighborhood and broke into vehicles and they installed cameras and got new security and next thing I know constant police to manage issue and they arrested the kid, now it’s actually pretty quiet. Area is superb and by shopping centers 4.5 star schools and learning centers, gas stations money centers and although I have a car the bus station is located in the front of building. And for $1300 for a two bedroom ??? That’s amazing in this economy. You definitely get more than you expect for such price. Alex is amazing and the best thing that happened to this location because it’s become so much more respectable and easy to live here. And I’m so thankful he got rid of the issues that riddled the area. Definitely going to renew as long as management stays the same Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I respect the grading scale and this isn’t a 5 star place but definitely a respectable honest 4."
