"I have asked first month's a new refrigerator. I was told no as it "functions" by previous owner. These new owners are no better. It is missing shelf guards and rubber sealing have been coming loose and now detached. Doors do not close without force. Very energy inefficient and with energy cost rising this is not only costing me money but has an environmental issue. The maintenence staff has been great and does what he can within his limit. This is the corporate greed from both previous owners and the lack of urgency by the new. I see money being spent on updating units in the complex and bew residence arriving, but a gross negligent on upkeep to long term residence. Please replace this old 2nd hand workshop junk for an energy efficient appliance In fact the entire kitchen needs updating , as it must be original installation since building was open."

"Your maintenance guy is good.he comes everytime I ask for work order. I need only now a key to the pool here at Site Summit North apartment 225. Because that key he gave is not working on the gate of the ppol..I have try it already I cannot get accest in the pool."
