"The level of service I experienced here was impeccable. Initially,when speaking to representative Cheryl she was Unknowledgeable in something's and was hard to understand. But,I think that was due to the language barrier.. So,I didn't fault her for that.Although,she didn't have the Answers.She went out of her way to find them and tried her best to accommodate me.She was approachable and spoke Kindly and that I appreciated. Based on My past Experience with the Company and it is Lengthy...My review Is solely based on the service that I received from The Manager Sherlita and Miss Frances..After I was treated so poorly at the location on Las Vegas boulevard near Cheyenne I came here and needless to say they single handedly Restored my Faith and opinion on the customer service that super pawn has to offer..They went out of their way to rectify the incompetence of the other Counterparts, which was greatly appreciated.That being said the reason I decided to write this review is to acknowledge their efforts. Because,clearly I could be on the other end of the spectrum which I was.. So, in closing kudos to them for making such a great effort and restoring my faith and ln humanity.. Keep up the Good work Ladies you're NEEDED, WANTED and VALUED just in case your Employer fails to tell u so..."

"One of the worst pawn shops in vegas . I had a brand new electronic product and because it wouldn't pair with the managers 7 year old phone she denied taking the item. After trying to connect my device to her phone and making me reset the product, it will no longer connect to my phone and blamed it on my service provider."

"African American Manager with blonde hair is extremely rude and made the whole situation awkward. Didn’t speak to me even though she was looking at my stuff and acted like she could not be bothered to help the girl who was helping me. Would not suggest this store when there’s so many other better ones."

"I had to give them star to give a review they owe me a star and they owe me $2 for gas for wasting my time and gas to come over here I took a $70 tool in there God bless the sweetheart behind the counter cuz she checked with her manager to be sure he told me $3 he just took the super out of pawn. I would have respect for the person if they would have told me no we don't take those. It makes me wish my brother-in-law would have stole the tool it would have saved me my time and effort my gas from coming over. If anybody else wants to give away something for $3 call me I'll take it and I pretty much don't care what it is. Instead of SuperPawn let's just call it super gone and they don't know it yet. I wasted my time so you don't have to."

"Customer service is horrible. Came over again after years of doing business and I can say the store turned for the worst. I came to buy some gold and they treated me invisible. As a black man in America, this was another horrible experience."
