"I hardly ever leave reviews, but I am so happy with my decision to live at Evora. The leasing office is very accessible and willing to help with anything. It’s well maintained, and maintenance responds quickly. It’s gated. They use smart locks to secure your unit and entries around the property. The floor plan I chose was the Corsica one bedroom loft. I love the modern finishes with quartz countertops, 19-foot ceilings, spiral staircase, LED mirror, and upgraded appliances. I have a HUGE private rooftop deck. My favorite part about living at Evora is the clubhouse and fitness center. There is a sauna and steam room attached to the fitness locker rooms! Plus, every exercise machine you can think of. The clubhouse has a panoramic deck with a beautiful view of the strip and the mountains. There is also pickle ball courts and a super cute dog park for your fur baby. Evora hasn’t given me a reason to give them anything less than 5 stars."

"This development is so stunning! The attention to detail is very apparent and me and my friends are always so impressed and in awe whenever we come to this area. The luxury apartments here are 100/10 just so beautiful and immaculately built. The landscaping and amenities offered are also top notch. But the best part is the businesses and fine dining restaurant that Evora offers to the public and to its tenants. Basilico is the best modern Italian food in Las Vegas and Taps & Barrels is a super fun spot to grab some beers and play games with my friends. They also have fun concerts and events happening right on the pavilion! The other businesses in the building would be so nice to have if I lived at the apartments here but this area is in such a great location for all to enjoy. Overall, love coming to Evora. Amazing."

"Great newly built mixed used pad. Lots of great views and looks like a lot of new businesses are on the way. They already have an Italian restaurant, a cafe and market, a beerhouse, a salon, and a beauty school. Also looks like a lot more apartments are being completed. It’s going to be fun living here! Nice to see places like this in the Southwest area!"

Her customer service is exceptional and she has helped my process with touring and my move go so smoothly. She is very patient, kind, and thoroughly provides all the information needed.
