"The apartment we toured didn't look like the one we rented. Apartment smelled like eggs due to the water heater. Caught maintenance taking pictures of me. When i asked he told me his supervisor told him to do it...We didn't know we stayed above a garage, which was super loud and obnoxious the entire lease, we put in multiple complaints. Office told us there was nothing they could do. Few weeks later after complaining their garage broke and couldn't get their car out for two days. Sad for them, but great for us, that was the most peace we got in a whole year. We got the heck of there so fast when the lease was up..."
"Let me just say, I've been so very WELCOMED in these luxury homes, and the staff IS absolutely FABULOUS!! I call it my home because it's become a most WONDERFUL, TRANQUIL, SAFE and SECURE place for me since relocating from San Diego, CA. And, these luxury apartment homes are directly across the street from a bird sanctuary Park. I’m in awe as the hummingbirds actually fly to my balcony in the morning to wake me up with beauty, love, and JOY!!"
"I can’t express how much we are happy that we moved to Castile. Very beautiful and modern apartments with various floor plans. new and clean amenities. Nice gym, game room and a huge beautiful pool with many seating areas. But the main reason that we moved there is the staff. First day we met Rhonda ,we went on a tour couple of times and she was really nice about it and taking her time explaining every tiny detail to us regarding the lease agreement. She was able to accommodate all our needs and she was always in touch with us regarding the specific floor plan we wanted when it was available.she is awesome. She made our move super easy and fun. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. Ron and Jesse are always welcoming and giving out smiles every time they see people coming in. I highly recommend this place."
"Once you sign lease their kindness & quick response is gone, they even ignore your emails & maintenance requests. If you ask them something about the club house or gym they don’t know or give you a vague response & seemed bothered by it; like if a neck pad to lift weights is missing or equipment isn’t working; they just leave as is. What’s the point of having a nice club house if you can’t enjoy it? There’re no TV remotes, you can’t use TVs, it’s only open during offices hours & their pool/ ping pong table is the same, off limits after office hours. Their music is always blasting loud that you can’t even have a conversation; you can hear leasing raising their voices to talk to each other like a night club. When you request the conference room, where you can also hear the loud music, they don’t respond so you have to call to know if it’s approved & they seemed bothered by it too. I’ve had several issues with my unit. I request maintenance and some were resolved within weeks. I had ROACHES inside my unit since the 1st day of moving in during walk through. THEY “GUARANTEE” IF THEY DON’T ATTEND THE MAINTENANCE REQUEST WITHIN A DAY & within reason they’ll credit a prorated day from monthly rent; THEY DON’T & MAKE UP EXCUSES & FALSE ACCUSATIONS in order to not follow their own policy. Unbelievably, I’ve been stared at like a mean girl by Rhonda, making the living situation even more uncomfortable, I try to avoid her, but she was super nice before signing lease. Before moving in, there was a noise coming from vent in bathroom, her response was “well, whatever it is they won’t be able to fix it”, without even checking it. They have this “policy” you can move out if you’re not happy, but not really. I didn’t even know Adam, who’s the manager; he called to say I can move out since they rather not deal with the issues within the unit. He literally said “move out” without asking what’s happening; only because I had a conversation with Rhonda & I had enough of the her mistreatment, her rudeness, her condescending demeanor, her explaining things over & over & over again when I couldn’t be on the phone with her every time she called. She complained I never pick up! When I request to be contacted via email or text. The problem is the lack of attention to customer service, the lack of noticing what’s being requested, not responding or doing so within weeks, the unprofessionalism, specifically from Rhonda, Adam & Ron. Issues will arise when living in apartment buildings but trying to make you feel like you’re the problem because you mention them is just unethical. The ROACHES were in the unit for weeks because the entrance door was misaligned & then they were ordering door sealants that took even more weeks. They blame the weather for orders being late, like not having lights on at night in common areas, when I see Amazon prime everyday! I get my orders/ mail on time. I had a cricket on my head when I was asleep! A dead roach fell off when making my bed! Everyday we would wake up and kill roaches crawling or pick up dead ones, same when we arrived home. Oh, they even said it’s normal to have roaches in Henderson! They recommend buying things to prevent roaches coming in when it’s their job to figure out the problem! They’ve been so difficult because you mention issues; maintenance says one thing and then leasing says another. I’ve lived in so many apartments & I’ve never been so mistreated & even accused of things, just because I ask to provide when maintenance will enter the unit at least 30 min in advance. THEY WILL ENTER YOUR UNIT WITHOUT PERMISSION! Extremely uncomfortable, invading privacy. I’ve expressed what’s going on and received no response, they are careless. And be aware of their false advertising like they have virtual yoga & spin classes & recycling, they don’t. Lastly, I was told by maintenance just yesterday that noises that arise are just because how the buildings were made that there’s nothing to be done & that I’m not the only one with the problem & even shared other problems other tenants have too. Incredible!"
