"Hello! I was a tenant at Ladera apartments from 2022-2023. I had an ok experience during my time there. However during my process of moving into a different apartment out of state. I had many issues with my new apartment contacting Ladera. I was able to get in contact with Derrick when ever I needed to through his direct line and he was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond for me and made sure my new apartment was getting what they needed. If you need help with leasing information just ask for Derrick!"

"Some units may have mold inside beware they will paint over it. They will say it’s being fixed or worked on but they wont really fix the problem just toss some paint on it and call it a day also for some odd reasons your maintenance orders will grow legs and disappear and won’t be found in the system . Overall my time here was pretty horrible. When one thing was “ fixed” something else began to break. My best bet is to say do a good walkthrough when you go view the unit. Check the storage unit ( might be mold in there ) check the base boards for any discoloration. Check the washer and dryer. My first day moving in I found a dead roach inside the washer , I shoulda known it was going to be interesting stay. Thankfully I was able to move out and get into a townhome still in Henderson with no mold or anything upon my arrival."

"I lived with my grandparents in this place my whole life, from 2005 to 2023. Unfortunately, they evicted my 80-year-old grandfather just because of a mere $38 that he was actively trying to pay but the office said that we had to go threw there office in Santiago over email witch they never responded to. It seemed like their motive was to raise the rent and renovate the apartment. The heartbreaking part is that my recently widowed 80 grandfather, who had been living there for over 20 years even before I was born, fell victim to their actions. Despite our efforts to communicate via emails about the eviction notice, they ignored us. We even sought legal advice, but the second the court declined our clam and before we could start our day, the police were already at our door, evicting us. On top of that, when we returned within the 30-day period to collect our belongings, we found that our house had been ransacked and burglarized, without any signs of a break-in. I will let you draw your own conclusions from that, but what I can firmly say is that this place will exploit you and your family regardless of the loyalty you show towards them."

"This place was good at 1st until the rose colored glasses came off. We have been here for 3 years. since we have been here they had a meth head that stole everything and pack her garage out. The lady was knocking on doors including mine in the middle of the night. She’s finally gone out mailboxes where broken into a few weeks ago, no urgency to get them fixed. My kids bathroom and bedroom has mold in it that we have called several times all they do is put paint over it. We tried to upgrade to a bigger apartment for our kids, they denied us but still charged us for the apartment. The pool is closed most the summer and they had homeless people sleeping in the cabanas. I’m really just fed up with this place. Almost $2000 for a two bedroom apartment. You guys claim to be luxury apartments, but have straight ghetto activities going on here."

"Not great. Lived here for almost a year now. Maintenance workers are very nice but the office is not always friendly when it comes to service requests. So far we’ve had a few issues: -Our car got totaled in the parking lot from a hit and run and there aren’t any cameras. -Kids draw all over the sidewalks throughout the complex with sharpies. -Lots of neighbors fight loudly and we can hear them while working from home or trying to sleep. -Pool got closed at the beginning of August and I don’t think they’re planning on opening it back up till next Summer. -My slippers were stolen from the porch. -One of our food orders was stolen from the porch. -AC won’t go below 75 and they will not replace the unit. -There is usually a lot of trash on the ground throughout the complex. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone."
