"We tried two places to get service and good food tonight. The M fast food place has no human service. Only kiosk, computer at their drive through, or we could order on their app. No, no, and no! We left. Went to a grocery store to order Chinese, and it looked old and dried out. We left. Came to Runza and received excellent and friendly service and good hot food. They even have human service! Thank you! Runza gets a five!!!"

All the chicken strips were barely the size of my finger and we waited at the payment window for about 5 minutes for what I thought might be fresh food, though they didn’t actually indicate any reason for it to take so long, and it wasn’t fresh. Although the staff didn’t explain way it took so long they did apologize and were very friendly"
