"I had an appalling experience at a jewelry store recently, primarily due to the manipulative tactics employed by the manager or managers assistant. In a blatant attempt to inflate their store's numbers, they deceitfully conditioned the sale price I negotiated on my willingness to participate in a layaway scheme, insisting I could only secure the deal if I picked up the item the following day. This isn't just poor customer service; it's an outright display of greed and dishonesty, prioritizing store statistics over genuine customer care. Such unscrupulous practices reflect a disturbing lack of integrity and a perverse prioritization of appearances over ethical business conduct. This is the second issue with the same manager. You should evaluate him and perhaps transfer him to a store where he can be trained better."

"Don't let the clean and nice looking store fool you, these people don't know very much about their products, be careful what you buy and inspect it thoroughly before doing so. I bought a surround sound system from them, with the player and speakers. They told me it didn't come with a remote (only because I asked but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that) but what they didn't tell me was that it needed special cables to hook up the speakers which were not included. If they'd told me about that and sold it as a DVD player only or otherwise in not working condition, it would have been fine, but it was advertised as a surround system and as a surround system it does not work at all the way they sold it to me. Plus, they are not set up to take cash very well, and appear to have a pretty strict return policy for a store that sells so many goods that are missing accessories like there's nothing wrong with them."

"It was a good experience, but the people running the store didn't allow me to carry my backpack inside, thinking I would shoplift. They don't trust an old senior like me. I carry my essentials in my backpack."

"I recently paid for a nintendo switch console here, I was pretty excited because its Christmas and im looking for a good deal. I come across the price tag of $180 for the console and as I was proceeding to purchase, a staff member separate from the transaction told the guy selling to us that “Those go for at least (280)” implying him to add on a $100 plus charge. The fact that it was priced at $180 yet they decided to up charge me $100 more is shady and ridiculous. I also proceeded to pay for the warranty and an extra controller with the warranty for that as well costing me close to $400. I paid cash but when they decided to add the extra “$100” charge/fee i felt that was false advertising and bad customer service in general, i am black as well and i havent actually had any “welcoming” service when doing business here. I still have the console and im trying to decide if i should keep it or get my refund."
