"The staff at Octave are incredible. They’re very personable and always willing to help out if you have any issues. The coffee is amazing too. I always grab a cup when I’m walking my dog around the complex. They also have dog treats available and my dog sure appreciates it."

"Five star reviews are bribes from the company… management changes every two months or so… at least that what it seems like.. I made the mistake of renewing my lease because I didn’t feel like moving. Worst mistake of my life. Either pay thousands to break a lease. It’s too long of list to type. If you have any good sense don’t move here. The new management sucks."

"Do not move here. You can literally find a house for less than the monthy rent they are charging. They've never upgraded the actual units, only the model apartment for future residents to see and trick them with. They charge ridiculous fees that you shouldn't be accountable for like common areas and for front door trash pick-up, even if you don't use it. This company is a nightmare to deal with. The 5 star reviews were all bribes to get us to enter in a contest. I promise you don't want the headache of living at this place"

"I’ve been a resident at Octave for over 18 months and can’t say enough good things about the property and the team, especially Gigi in Leasing and Cody in Maintenance. I’ve only had 2 minor maintenance issues the entire time I’ve been here and Cody was incredibly fast at getting them repaired. I recently decided to move to a renovated unit and Gigi made the process SO easy! If you’re looking for a safe place to live that is clean and has amazing amenities, give Octave a serious look. You’ll be glad you did!!"

"New management has been helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff are all very kind and efficient. Sometimes online work orders take a bit long but if you see someone and ask they’ll come very quick. Love the new gym and clubhouse, just wish the pool had less maintenance issues, but I understand they’re renovating and doing their best. Overall I enjoy living here and feel comfortable and safe"
