"This used to be a nice place to live in but now, not so much. On September 26, 2023 at 7:10 am my wife found our 2022 Hyundai Tucson broken into. TikTok trend going on in Las Vegas, teenagers breaking in KIA and Hyundai challenge, tried to Hotwire my vehicle but fail miserably like an amateur. Tried getting in contact with management but are completely useless. Two things that doesn’t make any sense to me, 1- why the hell did management remove the security camera were my vehicle was parked, could’ve caught the moron that broke into my vehicle and 2- why the hell does security last shift ends at midnight?! This must of happened during 3am while everyone is asleep. Basically This property management is telling me, “you’re on your own”"
"Nightmare! We moved in December of 2022 and now July of 2023 we are trying to get out of our lease due to the harassment we’ve received from the HOA president and his wife (downstairs neighbors) they’ve abused their power by constantly putting in noise violations on us even though we’re barley there due to our schedules. They even put violations on us when WERE OUT OF TOWN. Also, false claims violations such as “changing our carpets” which we had to prove were lies. I’ve gotten my car towed and so much more. Horrible horrible experience and as a single mother costing me lots of money to now find a new place."
"They have used the excuse of the pandemic to keep the pool and amenities closed and not maintained at all since April 2020. While everywhere else is open including hotel pools, splash pads, water parks but have since raised the HOA fees... the front gate always seems to be broken and kept open. No one is ever in the office except some Fridays and she gives you the run around on parking passes. Really need a better property manager!"
"Doree Seaver the property manager seems to have some sort of connection with the towing that happens here. I've lived here for 2 months and received my first towing notice then was towed from my designated spot. I contacted Doree Seaver and I even sent my lease agreement with my I.d. It's very convenient that the office is open only one day and in the same day I was tagged and then towed. I believe doree is telling the tow companies how to maneuver around they're operating times. Doree I hope you enjoy what ever kick back you get from my $303 towing fee."
"Worst place to live in. 1 star is still being nice to them. No one is ever in the office to answer questions or give away passes for parking. Yet my car is getting towed at 3am. Even tho I have a paper parking pass they gave me. Definitely dont recommend anyone buying in this property, renting, or even visiting."
