"Scorpions everywhere. The gates are perpetually broken: either unresponsive to the gate clicker, stuck open, or close prematurely while you're still driving through. The air conditioning, one of the TVs, two of the ceiling fans, and at times a machine or two in the gym have been broken for the past 2 years. The staff are friendly and very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. That, I appreciate."
