"It's a great Runza. I asked for 6 napkins because I brought a 4 year old and a 2 year old to get ice cream and they gave me like 20 napkins. Great service, 10/10"
"Hi, I want to talk about the Wednesday shift. The people who served me and my grandfather on 12/27/23 at 7:02pm gave us some of the worst services we have ever received. To start off, there was a male employee who took a running head start from the door and leaped over a chair- with customers seated in the dining area! Secondly, The cashier, a female, was overly rude and unfriendly towards us for no reason. Neither of us had commented on the previous acts. That is why I am rating service a 1/5. Second, food. God almighty this was the worst food I have ever received from here. Food was not properly wrapped and was falling out of the bag, 95% of my popcorn chicken was just scraps, and they had forgotten nearly half of our order. They might not have heard us because it's not placed on the receipt. One item that was missing was honey mustard. This item was on the receipt. This wasn't much of a deal since we had our own, but it was slightly annoying. Therefore, I am giving food a 2/5. Atmosphere. I don't have much of a problem with the overall atmosphere, but the feeling of the place on Wednesday night is what's bringing my rating down. You could visibly tell customers were uncomfortable being in the restaurant with the workers. Therefore, 3/5. I understand that those workers may have been young but that is a job. They need to work properly. I have pictures of the food, but I honestly have no idea how to post pictures along with this post. The ID thing on the receipt was Eliak102- takeout- 2700978420462011360 12/27/23 7:06:09 PM."
"Getting a little too pricey for me. I can make homemade runza's at home for cheaper. Still tastes great, great customer service, great locations."
"Worst food from Runza I’ve ever had. There was a large chunk of CARDBOARD in my mushroom and Swiss Runza. The breading was chewy like it was over cooked and the whole thing was very greasy. Overall a terrible experience. I will never go back."
"Edit: 1/7/21 N 171st & Maple location Unfortunately, tonight's experience was not a good one. Ordered via drive-thru. At the window, I asked for some ranch. I was told that they could only give me 2 and they would have to charge for any additional. What?! I spent $62 there and they are limiting the ranch to TWO?! I told them I have never been charged extra for ranch and it certainly wasn't my first visit. This was only the first bit of BAD taste this visit left. I then had to debate with the window clerk that I still needed another drink. He finally agreed that I still needed one more drink. Upon arriving home & opening the bags, the order was correct. One of the double cheeseburgers was absolutely soaked with grease, the bun & all. My runza was overly greasy too but not as awful as the double cheeseburger. One of 4 of the medium fries was about HALF full! And the chili tasted sour, when normally we enjoy it. The 2 frings were good. Overall, a bad experience and a un-enjoyable meal. The Runza sandwiches are great. If you like swiss mushroom burgers, try the swiss mushroom Runza. Hamburgers are fresh & taste good. Love the fries & the rings. If you want a little of each, ask for a "fring". My only complaint is the size of the kids meal cheeseburgers. They are about the size of a .50 cent piece, which isn't very big. My 5 year old doesn't even get full, always asks for more food. They make their own ranch dressing, which my family likes. Overall, good food but kids portions are a bit skimpy & I'm pretty confident that the Runza's are shrinking too. :/"
