"Horrible service. The ladies at the office don't know what the hell they are doing. They tell me one thing and when I call back later in the week, they tell me another thing. They have been juggling my move in date for months now and for some reason, they want to charge me almost double what they first asked for now? The apartments are nice but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with their incompetent staff."

"I loved these apartments I had no issues with them at all. The only thing was parking was terrible. So I just moved out due to them increasing the rent tremendously. I called and asked them did they do a walk through because I didn’t receive a call about it. They told me they sent my balance to collections which was $1877 because the apartment wasn’t cleaned after I left. They told me that I’m being charged for paint and they also said the apartment wasn’t cleaned and they never even came to clean the carpet prior to me resining my lease. How much cleaner do they want these apartments after you leave. Should I have hired someone to paint and pay someone to come clean the apartment professionally because I’m confused!! So is this place not cleaned from the pictures that are posted below?"
