"This was a terrible overpriced experience. They get their positive reviews from an incentive program that call help you earn gift cards and stuff while you live there. The management cannot keep track of their own paperwork and payments. The management and leasing will blame all inconsistencies on "new management" instead of taking accountability of their own short comings and incompetence. The leasing and manger are rude, unprofessional, and lazy. Half the time emails and notices came out late. Management will not respond to emails or portal messages, if you have a concern you will have to go in person. The police are at there all the time. The fixtures and appliances are outdated. They will still take your deposit even if the apartment is the way they received it. AC goes out frequently. Noisy, the hallways were cleaned 1 time while we lived there. Pool and hot tub are not always available. Neither is the gym because it's only open when the office is. They also claim to charge a cleaning fee on move out but the apartment wasn't even cleaned when we moved in."

"Came to help my bestfriend move in today 3/1/24 Alma and Sarai. These ladies are so sweet they made me want to break my lease and move in. The energy is very much there. Helpful pleasant and great mannerisms. The hospitality and customer service is great."

"Honestly I am not sure what other reviews were talking about. I arrived to a clean and quiet neighborhood, everyone in the office is amazing and sweet. I worked personally with Alma to assist my friend in doing a tour of a unit as she is moving soon and we love it. We toured an unit and saw everything being way bigger than we expected and all so clean and neat. I love how the energy of the staff and their interactions and the neighborhood/complex is amazing. Questions were answered well and informative!"

"0 late payments, never complained about the dirty grounds or the smell of animal urine all around the complex, and I was always nice to staff. They were fine as long as I left a positive review every time they fixed something. Once I put in my move out notice everything changed. Once I started applying for houses they would do things like lie to the new management company saying that I never gave them notice of the move out. I notified them 75 days before even though they only required 60. While they were trying to keep me there they would tell me things like I could remove the additional garage that I was paying for to save but when I declined to stay they took back the offer and said they never Said it. They then took half of my security deposit saying that the place was heavily soiled. I have about 100 pictures proving their lies and copies of emails asking them to do a walk through. Of course they declined so that they could lie at the end. In the last 6 months of living there there were at least 2 shootings and multiple car break ins. Definitely was time to go. Would not recommend"

"Alma and the team here have been very professional upon move in to our new apartment. They will take care of you and your family needs as best as they can! There’s only 2 ladies working the leasing section and are doing a great job with the influx of new renters and customer calls. Thank you!"
