"My boyfriend literally just moved over in these and when I tell you the whole apartment was not ready I just don't understand why move someone into an apartment that has so many problems his tub is chipped , handles falling off cabinets THE OVEN DOESNT WORK AT ALL so he's been using the microwave since he moved in 2 days ago and the microwave is uneven lol you can barely close the door on it EACH WALL HAS WATER DAMAGE SO HE HAS ASHY WALLS which is tacky as hell its grease build up from whoever was staying there over the past years I told him he needs to get his cleaning fee back because his unit was not cleaned I definitely will not be leaving my 4 month old in that environment with him it's very unsanitary and the fact that yall moved him in while the unit was likebthateshows how much yall really care smh . Oh yea and not one sink tub in here drained has to wait for each tub and sink to finish draining before he can do anything smh"
"OMG! This place has been amazing!! The office is so friendly and welcoming! Elizabeth alone is awesome! Kind understanding and makes the apartment hunt so easy! Customer service is immaculate! Even janitorial employees are friendly and efficient! My only regret is not moving here sooner. NO REGRETS SO FAR!!"
"The staff is sweet but this place is falling apart. Every time it rains the roof leaks. They send someone out to fix it and nothing changes. There’s water damage in the walls from the rain and there’s water damage in all the bathrooms that they fixed in a slap dash way that looks haphazard and definitely not up to code. I reported a leak under my sink and they came in and replaced the wood that had started rotting but left a giant gap. No one picks up after their dogs and honestly I don’t blame them. It’s so obvious that no one cares about this place. The children run wild and there’s trash everywhere. The police are here constantly and you can hear people arguing in their units all the time. They have ridiculous hidden fees that add almost $250 to your rent. It’s things like an “administrative fee” of $25 and a fee that looks like it’s for the pool and office electricity. There’s a fee for pest control which is hilarious considering how many units have roach problems. It’s the German roaches by the way the ones that start so small you have to get rid of your furniture when you move out not to take them with you. They’ll come and spray and it will do nothing. You can keep your space clean and it will do nothing because the entire building needs to be fumigated to get rid of them. They won’t do that though because they refuse to put money back into these apartments. When I moved here it was the cheapest quoted apartment in the area but as soon as I got my first rent bill it was obvious that that was a lie. They downplay your rent and then charge you ridiculous and unreasonable fees. They charge for someone to come take the trash off of your porch even if you don’t want to use the service and if you do use the service you should expect that they’ll only come and take your trash if your on the first floor otherwise they’ll skip your unit multiple times. The pool is closed really early and it’s nearly impossible to use it if you work anything other than minimal hours during the day. The office hardly ever answers the phone and doesn’t call back. All summer my apartment could not get below 78/80 degrees during the day even though my AC unit was supposedly ‘working correctly’. After several requests for maintenance and no improvement I was told “it’s working” and that it’s just “too hot outside for your apartment to be 75”. Weird because I’ve lived in Vegas my whole life and never have I had an AC that could not keep the unit at 75. This whole place is a landlords special 0/10 do not sign anything with these people."
"If your A/C breakdown just know you’re getting one of these bad boys. We pay well over $1,600 a month and have lots of issues with our apartment and clearly aren’t the only ones. I have a dog my fear is for him to get a heat stroke of how hot is in this house. I feel sorry for parents that have children and have to go through all of this. I can’t even blame the maintenance guys because for all you know these is all they’re provided to work with, this company is very cheap they never fix the issues I have issues with my AC all the time over a year already. It gets resolved but a week later it’s broken again."
