"The worst place to live! I’m living here right now and can’t wait to get out of here. My Amazon packages get stolen every day, neighbors dont clean up after their dogs, got a bacteria at the pool this summer. Best luck to future residents"
"Great location close to the 215 freeway and near a lot of shopping. If you visit other apartments near by you'll know for a fact The Wyatt has the best customer service in their office! I moved in a few months ago. The process was easy and the apartment has been great so far."
"I was staying in #1299. The apartment was completely infested with scorpions. We stayed for 15mos. in that apartment and we had an entire mason jar FULL of scorpions, with our 2 puppies in the home. The apartments would come spray but everyone knows that the spray doesn’t do anything to the scorpions because of the hard shell. We requested a transfer to a different unit and they said we couldn’t go to a different unit unless we paid the upcharge of $1,700 just for a 1bedroom, even though our apartment was completely infested and they weren’t doing much to help. When we left, the manager said we had “regular wear and tear” and stated it wouldn’t be an issue for us to get our refund back. We cleaned the apartment extremely well but they STILL tried to charge us $700 for carpets that were literally shampooed and spotless, once we called the company they took the $700 charge off but still never gave back our deposit even though they said we would. DONT move here. The neighbors would also get into arguments and the police were in the neighborhood all the time for unknown reasons, the gate was also broken often. The photos below were from different dates. The scorpions were IN our home and there was even one in our kitchen cabinets although we kept our home very clean. The pictures of the glasses are a mason jar we collected of JUST the scorpions in our home from the first 4 mos. We lived there 15 mos. and the jar was full by the time we left."
"While this was once an excellent place to call home I feel in the last few years they have really fallen off. High rent increases (even to people who've been here a while), Trash floats around in the wind like a homeless Katy Perry song, animal poo everywhere, 3 catalytic converts were stolen from three different residents but instead of stepping up and or getting better security more incidents happen. Last night two people were shot and several injured. As I walked to the mailbox there is a trail of blood all the way down the sidewalk while staff sat inside and played candy crush. This place is not recommended. Unless they change or transfer ownership, this place has no hope, in my opinion."
"I visited The Wyatt the other day because, like you, I am looking for a new apartment to call home. That's what folks like us do, am I right?! Well, my friend, I am going to share a little something with you. And I hope these words that I am typing here will make sense when it is all said and done. The place is pretty nice. But ultimately, I chose to live elsewhere. Can you believe it? Me too. Just think about it. Is this somewhere that you want to stay until your lease is up? I sure hope so. If not, consider looking at another apartment. There are several to choose from, and some of them employ friendly staff members to assist you. Maybe your old lady wants to live in a house. Does this sound familiar? Don't fret. There are enough of those rental houses to go around. Save up for the deposit, though. You don't want to be caught off guard. I can tell you're going to need some time to think about this. Let's reconvene after you've made a decision. Until then, as you were."
