"I have visited my son who lives here a few times and can say that the staff here is absolutely wonderful! They are very professional, friendly, considerate, and always willing to help out... I'm only a guest! The grounds and every part of the facilities including the fitness center, bathrooms, conference room, pool and outdoor lounging areas, and clubhouse are immaculate. I don't know how the rents compare to other properties in the area since I don't live here, but I would definitely say that this is a wonderful place to live."

"All I can say is wow. The first time I toured I was stunned with how beautiful the apartments were. Very modern kitchens (and huge too, something hard to find in rentals here in Vegas). And they have everything: washer and dryer in unit, dishwashers, some even have attached garages. I went back and forth on applying, but I am glad I did. The process was smoother than I could ever imagine. Konnie was was very kind and helpful through the entire process. I ended up getting everything I wanted in an apartment (attached garage, gated community, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, 2 bedrooms, etc). Could not ask for anything else. And to top it off, I got 6 weeks free rent (1 week per month for 6 months). I had heard about move in specials, but this was unexpected and next level amazing. From the first time I came in I felt like this was home and this was the cherry on top. Very thankful to be moving in to Parq at Camino."

"Parq at Camino is a beautiful property and the office staff is Amazing and accommodating. Konnie made my move in stress free and George took over while she was on vacation. They are amazing. Anything I’ve need they’ve always followed up in a timely fashion. Maintenance took a couple of days to come once I submitted my work order but once they came they figured out the problem with my microwave and fixed it immediately."

"I love my new apartment home, it is beautiful and has absolutely amazing amenities. My Leasing agent Konnie is phenomenal! The only thing that was not a good experience was my heater did not work or my stove and I moved in a day before Thanksgiving so it was very inconvenient and uncomfortable as a new tenant. I will say, however, they did attend to my service request the following day. I am excited to settle into my new home and meet all the lovely residents at our resident events!"
