I don't understand why are you trying to do damage Control online and you can't do damage control on your property. What an easy job these people have working here. Never do anything what a high bar standard they set themselves must be nice. Knowing that I can do anything and the owners don't care."

My move in agent is London, she is very helpful, kind and polished! Tell her I sent you! Esmeralda, along with all the other ladies, really are doing what it takes to make things at North Tides awesome!! The remodeled units look great!! London, Esmeralda, and others in the leasing office has been exceptionally helpful in getting us moved in with the utmost professionalism! Maintenance responds expeditiously and I want to especially thank Jose for his professional attitude! Weekly landscape cleanup makes this property beautiful at all times! Whenever potential people stop to ask us questions about this property, my response will always be: the BEST RENTAL PROPERTY EVER!!! They care about their tenants by offering unimaginable incentives! We are so thankful and we are in a better place in regards to our security and all around happiness with our apartment!!"

"FALSE ADVERTISEMENT They Gladly took my payment/deposit for a NEWLY remodeled apartment before handing me the keys and sending me to find my own apartment with a map of the community. Just to find a tore up apartment, patched together with some new appliances and silver fixtures Holes in the walls/ gaps between flooring Holes in the floor Looked like squatters had gotten in at some point. I made a complaint the next morning and requested a new unit because this was not at ALL what I paid for. They gave me the run around all day just to tell me that they DENIED a transfer to a new unit THEY TOLD ME I must WAIT until THEY could get someone over to fix it. LOL what type of NEWLY REMODELED UNIT would have to have a LIST of fixes. I have a two young children including a baby who just started crawling. There’s NO WAY I could live in a trashy disgusting place like this. Not to mention the ROACHES and bugs coming out of all the cracks and holes in the walls/ floors / sinks and bath tub!! I moved in 11/3 and moved OUT 11/4 It’s now December 1st and I still have not received my payment/deposit back No one has answered my calls I have personally driven to their office and have only gotten another email and another number I can leave ANOTHER message to. There’s no one to answer my questions and there’s no one who takes accountability for this mess. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in the position where I could fortunately afford to look elsewhere and find a different apartment if you can, save ur self from the headache of living here"

"This is the my first studio, and solo living situation and it's probably the worst-case scenario. Starting with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, this place is not remodeled, upkept, or even cared for. The pool, park, laundromats and any areas for the community are disgusting and probably have diseases. The workers are riding around throwing rocks everywhere and i see workers are sweeping those rocks too. Wasting time not getting anything done right is apparent from the manager to any position in the facility. My apartment was, and still is, infested with roaches, bugs, moths and the come from every corner of the House includong holes in the roof. There is rotten wood in areas, broken wood slabs, broken doors and I have told these people since I arrived about these problems and they haven't fixed a single thing. I'm sick and tired of this disgusting place with terrible managers and workers. It's about making the community thrive but they don't care about it especially since we're paying an outrageous amount of rent and a continuous amount of new fees keep popping up. Legal action needs to be taken to this company as it doesn't follow up with anything that was on the contract."
