"As I sit in this lukewarm green jacuzzi that spells like urine. I look back on my year from hell here. I truly don’t think there could be a worse “luxury” complex on earth. I pray this review finds you before you lose a year of your life here. The sadness is written on the faces of every person you pass. It’s like a plague. In the end you feel like you are in purgatory. Like you were all banished to this horrible place to survive that lease. Your property will be stolen from lockers or in front of your door step. They even towed my father’s car who died away. One month before I leave to California. They gave me number to call and a lady told me I owed more than the car was worth to get it out. In the one parking spot I use. As a resident for almost a year. It wasn’t a very nice car and the email they sent on Saturday. That I didn’t see. Said it was to clean up the aesthetics of the place. This brings me full circle to this green jacuzzi I sit in. Thinking to myself. The lack of empathy from the humans working here. Is actually fitting. I’m a normal guy. This place has made me a little crazy hence why I’m typing a google review that reads like a memoir but it’s all in hope you never set foot through these doors Your friend miles"

"I moved to the Mercer June 2023. I’m resigning my lease I have a beautiful apartment. I love the pool in the hot tub. The people that work in the office are absolutely fabulous and there are great maintenance .people I’ve met in and out of the elevator, or just sitting outside by The fire, whether it’s on the main floor or I go up to the rooftop is very peaceful and the people are very friendly the neighbors. Anyone that would like to move into the Mercer I think it would be a wonderful idea right by red rock Mountain it just everything is so beautiful here. And I can’t say enough more about the staff. "That very cute front desk agent, Natyeli! She was so helpful with my questions this past weekend when I came with my friend for a tour. She showed us a town home and 2 bedroom and she made the entire experience fun and always had a smile on her face. She was very helpful and extremely patient with us. I recommend anyone who’s looking for a place with great amenities and amazing and helpful staff like her to come and check this place out!"

"The Mercer is such a great place to live. I have rented apartments in four different states and this has, by far, been my favorite apartment. It feels so safe and quaint. There is underground, secure parking. It’s difficult to enter from the outside. My friends called it a “fortress” but it gives you a good feeling of security knowing randoms can’t get in easily. Their gym is equipped with all the basic equipment that you need. Great pool, jacuzzi, fireplace areas, rooftop view, etc. All of their amenities are awesome. One thing I noticed about most cookie cutter apartments is that they all use the same cheap cabinetry. The Mercer has spacious apartments with quality cabinetry, appliances, and doors. You will see staff cleaning the hallways and shared areas daily. Maintenance requests are attended to within hours. Management is so accessible and kind. They have a party for the complex every month with live music. We loved sitting on our balcony and enjoying the fresh air, people watching. Everything is calm and quiet. Sad we had to move. We loved living here."
