"Problems have not be fixed yet, we are unable to use the hall restroom, toilet doesn't flush, water shoots out from the faucet, the sink is stopped up, fixture in master bedroom is missing needs to be replaced, door has not been replaced for laundry room. Been there a week."

"Do yourself a favor and NEVER RENT FROM HERE! The previous management had their issues but the new management is even more horrible. Especially Marcy! She is just so rude and ugly to you when you have an issue or have to talk to her. They never fixed our problems we addressed to them. All they want to do is take your rent and not make your living experience pleasurable. All they do is make your life HELL! They never fixed our closet door and the cabinets are gonna break any day. There is never no one at the office and if Marcy is doing end of month she loves to lock the door so you can’t come in! She doesn’t want to be bothered. Well she never wants to actual do her job and help the residents. Site summit is a hell hole! They will charge you 150 dollars when you move out for touch up paint! When we moved in there was a spot above the toilet that needed a coat of paint because it was a big whole of a non painted area the MAINTENANCE MAN told me to cover it up with a picture. Oh and the worst thing they don’t take a check anymore in office because they have no one there ever! So you have to go to Walmart to pay your bill and they don’t tell you how to do it so when you have to actually go pay the bill you have no clue as to what you are doing. Then you call lovely Marcy and she is her typical self RUDE!"

"Unreacheable management. I have been trying for a couple months. It also took me 2 months in beginning in May to reach anyone to give us a pool key. Difficult to pay rent to in the past and when you can’t find anyone to pay rent to, expect a late fee. Now only option and new option is to pay a service fee to pay the rent. The old management was rude and condescending but at least you could talk to them."
