"Management and the owner of the park are absolutely awful. I witness the owner of the mobile park be nasty and disrespectful to one of the residents. He called her trailer trash because she had halloween decorations, artificial flowers and solar lights throughout her property. I have never in my life witnessed this kind of behavior, he was unprofessional and completely out of line. He said and I quote "I don't want this place looking like Comstock park." What an a**. He demands so much of the residents even though all of them are seniors and are physically limited, he makes them clean up pine needles and pine cones regardless of their limitations and disabilities weekly, demands residents have a contract with C&S disposal. He sent an eviction notice to one of the residents because they did not have garbage pick up. The caretaker would take the garbage to his house to put it in the trash because she doesn't make that much garbage. Worst place to live for Seniors. Will never recommend Sunset park to anyone! He also has rock instead of paved roads making it a fall risk for the residents who use ambulatory devices. They can't even walk to the mailboxes without risking falls. Don't waste your money renting here!!!"
