"Meli gave me great service and great advice I plan to come back to see her in the near future!"
"Why are all the cashiers in such a bad mode, I understand it sucks when ppl show up 30mins before closing but YOU CHOSE THAT JOB SO DEAL WITH IT. Just a horrid customer service, gonna get my parents to switch cause they are terrible with customer service"
"If your bank doesn't have a 24 hour help line in 2023 close your doors what a joke, my card was locked since a Saturday night while I have been in a hotel I'm lucky the people who run the hotel are cool and let me stay a night free. Plus I will just starve in the meantime because again what a joke of a bank/credit union."
"Terrible Service. I would never recommend a client go here. they charge you fees at every corner. SFCU switched to a new online system and didn't bring over any of the previous transactions or statements (because no one has ever needed to go back and look up anything). Then to get an old statement you must physically go into a branch (a phone call is not good enough even with verification questions) and pay their $3 per statement change (to get what used to be available to you online at any point for free). I would maybe under the $3 charge a year from the new platform switch but in the same month. That is ridiculous. Also I know the cost of paper and ink has risen but I know that statement didn't cost them $3 to print out."
