"Could not be happier with the interior paint project for our entire cabin. The work included our great room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, entryway, stairway and ceilings. Johnny and crew were on-time, professional, took pride in their work and paid attention to detail. They were so great to work with, providing professional advice and perspective on color choices, were friendly and engaging and were all-around good people. The team was very efficient but did not trade off quality for speed. The results far exceeded our expectations! Elements was not the least expensive quote but they were not the highest either. We have lots of experience painting ourselves and with painters over the years. This team far and away was the best we’ve worked with!"

"I am a full time Tahoe Donner resident and happy with Elements snow removal. They generally plow at my house at 3:00 AM which is necessary for my wife to drive to work in the morning. I previously used 'Snow Removal Solutions', but their plows would arrive in mid to late afternoon, which kept us trapped at our house all day. Both Elements and SRS are good people who work hard and provide good service, but I find Elements more predictable and reliable in Tahoe Donner. As of December 2019, Elements service is acceptable but not great. Plowing is sloppy/incomplete, sometimes missing, and customer service is slow. As of June 2022, Elements prices for the coming 2022 season have skyrocketed. $800 to $1200. I believe Elements cleared snow at my house (maybe) 10 times last year. My driveway is very small and flat. Elements generally spends one minute each visit to clear my driveway. To summarize; 10 minutes of service for $1,200 snow contact means Elements is now charging me $120/min ($7,200/hour)! As a retiree, I can no longer afford this service. Time for me to buy my own snow blower...."

"This company is horrible. No live person to answer calls. No recording machine to leave message. Waited for 20 hours and there is still no response. They did not cut snow to the marker pole, leaving the driveway very narrow. The snowblower blowed snow towards my front window and deck. The snow remover did not cut snow closer to the garage, leaving of 5 ft deep and 4 feet high of solid ice. My garage door is now stuck, and the snow/ice block is to big to be removed manually by me. I have not been to the cabin since Christmas so they can lame car parked on the driveway."

"While we have been pleased with EMC snow removal and driveway re-surfacing, their house paint/stain services were poor at best. Despite detailing on the contract exactly what was to and not-to be done, they sanded down our brand new treated deck removing the surface treatment, had to be reminded three times to return to finish the work which included not painting cement piers, roof eaves, and deck posts. They left gates on the deck unsecured on multiple occasions, garbage around the job site, tools on the roof and stained splashes on multiple windows. Would not recommend or use for this service in the future."
