Walmart Pharmacy 1500 North Jefferson Way, Indianola, IA 50125

"I have a 3 strikes your out policy. Indianola pharmacy has surpassed this. Every single time I have had something sent to this pharmacy there has been some kind of excuse, and I know what products my insurance covers as well as my doctors. It's literally their job to make sure your insurance covers the products sent for fill. But every time this particular pharmacy get or rather they claim they didn't get my scripts I've been sitting next to my doctor/or nurse when they have been sent over. Today was my final straw, my doctor sent me in a refill for my breathing inhalers I take 2, they claim they didn't get my script, or something always some excuse. So now i have to spend the entire weekend until monday to call my doctors officeand switch it to a different pharmacy period. I mean, breathing is pretty important...just thank god this isnt a life threatning med i needed. I can make the 30 minute drive to a hospital with out air sure. What was i thinking. I am sorry if this was actually a high volume pharmacy it wouldn't fly. Their conduct is poor as well as customer service. They never take the blame it's always focused on the doctors office. I would give negative five stars. I would give negative infinity stars if I could. It's frustrating and a stupid mind game. I've never had this kind of issue at any other pharmacy."

"Love that they have spots that are designated for RX only. You pull into a spot, call the pharmacy and speak to someone and they look your prescription(s) up while you are on the phone and if they aren't already done, get them done and bring them to your vehicle when you are to sick to go in and get them. The pharmacist will even counsel you over the phone if you need it. Fairly fast service also. Awesome!!"
