"Everything was great until the guy that rang up my bill was trying to upsell everything. I politely declined. Then he mentioned something about my back tires. I was like.. I just got those tires 3-4 months ago. I don’t live in Ames. I drove home and then noticed that there was a shiny new Phillips head screw stuck into the driver side back right where the tire is not repairable. I will not ever bring my business back to JiffyLube."
