"Great staff. We left our car there several times and used the shuttle to the airport. Only $5 a night and our car was safe there. Breakfast could have been better, food was cool."
"The room we got was very small and claustrophobic. There was no hot water in the shower or any complimentary soaps. The front desk associate was very rude. He was completely unprofessional was difficult about giving us our room."
"Front desk person was rude and unprofessional. After a couple of smart comments from him, me and my co-worker took our business down the street. This establishment missed out on 2 rooms for 4 days. We had four other co-workers that had already checked in earlier that day. They said he was rude to them also but they figured he was because he just got finished arguing with a guest. If you don't like your job, go get another one."
"I ALWAYS book this room when I come into town. It's convenient and always a good time when I'm here. The Staff are accommodating and welcoming, the rooms are a bit small but perfect size for me as a solo traveler. They offer shuttle service to the airport which is a plus as the airport is probably only about a 3 minute drive away and they have free breakfast in the mornings!"
"I booked a room at this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, a mere 3-minute drive away, expecting convenience and ease. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the front desk clerk. My inquiries, particularly regarding the complimentary airport transport, were answered with noticeable annoyance. This lack of hospitality led me to arrange an Uber instead, departing much earlier than planned. The room’s condition added to my discomfort. It was poorly maintained and unclean, reflecting the same neglect I observed in the exterior of the building. It appeared that the hotel was undergoing renovations, but this only contributed to the overall unwelcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the noise from the traffic outside was clearly audible in my room, disturbing my sleep throughout the night. In conclusion, my brief stay was marred by inadequate customer service, subpar accommodations, and a restless night. I regret to say that I will not be choosing this hotel for future travels.
