Perfect Stay Inn

"The entire building smells like old cigarettes. The A/C in my room made a loud rattling sound all night. I was not aware of not having a private bathroom. Shared bathroom had hair all over the sink and there was a small sliver of soap on the sink. Shower was unclean and no showerhead."

"The perfect stay was anything but perfect. The place is cobbled together presumably by do it yourselfers. The shower is gross and cannot maintain a constant temperature. It will go from freezing to scorching and back to freezing withing a 5 minute period. The air conditioner in the window had a 3/4inch gap between it and the window sill allowing any bug with the intent to come visit you in your bed. The mattress collapsed to the bed frame as soon as a laid on it. It was fairly quiet though."

"This quaint, oldstyle hotel was a delight to stay at. It was clean and quiet with the added charm of high ceilings and a central location if you're spending time in Blair. Having the toilet and shower down the hall is no issue if you think of it as a hostel. Plus, the price couldn't be beat. I'd even consider it instead of a place in Omaha."

"Built in 1879? Building has a lot of character and charm .very Clean ,comfortable and quiet. Best of all priced right! Felt like a quest in a home rather than a customer in a room!"

"There was only a four hour window for me to check into the room, so if you're traveling, be weary. The room was extremely small with only a curtain separating the bedroom from the bathroom -- no door. The shower was barely big enough to fit an adult. The room I got was directly across the street from a high traffic train track. There is no dedicated parking lot, only on-street parking. If you have a lot of luggage, and the inn is busy, this becomes a hassle. Thankfully we were able to double park long enough to unload our bags. The building is old and the floors were very creaky and loud. I liked​ the high ceilings though!"
